Excellent quality good, from hearty basics to cafe-styled brunch. Friendly service, fresh ice-cream and shakes, GF cakes, consistent coffee. Lovely local. Comfortable to dine in with fire in winter or tables outside in good weather (when not in lockdown).
Service is attentive, open during new year holidays, large cafe, light, great place to do some work
We have yet to come across a place we don't like on Station Street, and Three Locals is no exception. My girls and I walk past Three Locals every day to and from school, and it's a popular choice for a coffee break with the locals, especially the parents after dropping off their children at school. The all-day menu offers a wide selection of dishes to suit all taste buds, and vegans, vegetarians and gluten-free diners are also catered for. We enjoyed our brunch and coffee very much at Three Locals, and will definitely revisit again.
Great coffee. Great food. Surprisingly quick service for a Saturday lunch. Generous serving of this fresh and tasty salad. Always a Fairfield favourite.
Love Three Locals, ordered the smashed avocado (added bacon) which came with the perfect amount of food, filling and well done. The staff are very nice and the food came out within 10 mins, very fast service. Also highly recommend the iced mocha. My favourite cafe in Fairfield, will be back!
I had a very good experience a Three Locals Fairfield. Everything was really good, the service the food the setup was all amazing. I will definitely come back it was great, well done Three Locals.
I enjoyed my Halloumi Veggie Stack. The halloumi was well cooked and of a fine quality, which is something you can tell when its texture isn’t as rubbery. The poached eggs were cooked better than what I have seen in most places, which is always lovely to see (and taste). To top it off, the corn salsa along with the balsamic glaze really gives the dish a nice balance between sweet and sour flavours and really makes for an interesting combination along the runny yolk.
Amazing food, extremely recommended, we had the mushroom melt and club sandwich, which tasted fantastic, will try and come here again. Also fantastic they have kids toys for you just to borrow while dining
Came here awhile back as it was in the entertainment guide and we were in the area.
The staff are very friendly and the food was very nice. Always a nice place to visit if you want to go somewhere with a casual atmosphere.
Lovely coffee here. My long macchiato and the world’s most beautiful woman’s flat white were both superb. Service was friendly too. Nice to take in the buzz on Station St as well and pick up a new whippet collar at Nellys Ark next door. This cafe now opens for dinner every Friday and Saturday now. One to try I think.
The cafe was great! Food was awesome, the texture in my poached egg was beautifully done and was poached perfectly! I had Benedict was it was scrumptious! The staff was the most friendly ever I have met. I will definitely come back again and recommend to others! The coffee's texture was very rough but at the same time very soft and plush, the perfect, the quality was an absolutely premium combination!
Came in today only for coffee and it was perfect . It was smooth and creamy. Great looking cafe , will be back to try the food on the weekend.
Came here last week on a public holiday where everything else was closed. We were lucky enough that the kitchen was still open. Food was delicious and they were very large portion sizes. However coffee tasted very bitter even with 2 sugars
Love this place! We come here often. The food is awesome and the service is great. We have got to know the owners (three locals) and they are such beautiful people. Keep up the awesome food locals!
Went in today for brunch. Ordered the four egg omelette with cheese, onions and mushrooms. It was very nice and filling. I thought reasonable for $12.50. I had a soy latte which was really good. Friendly staff.
Nice setting, friendly staff, great coffee and food. Love the large selection in the menu. Will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu.
I really enjoy going to Three Locals. The team are so lovely, the coffee is great and the food is excellent. The menu is not the standard cafe menu with the same old stuff, it's full of creative and interesting meals and must be made with great ingredients as every meal I've enjoyed has been superb.
Good reasonably priced menu. Great coffee & great atmosphere. I had breakfast here on Saturday with my husband & 20 month old son. The staff are friendly & are great with kids!
The buttermilk fried chicken burger is amazing. Full of spicey flavour with a spicey coleslaw tops this right off. I ate here with 4 other people who were also impressed with their dishes
REALLY good coffee & nice friendly atmosphere, kid-friendly (games on hand) and lots of yummy brekky/lunch options (generous serves too!) will definitely be making this a regular visit.
Really pleasantly surprised with the creative menu and gluten-free and veggie (even vegan) options. Four of us had a great brunch with good coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and food. The young staff were all very friendly and we even loved the crockery! The only thing preventing a perfect 5 is that one dish was on the small side but still full of flavour.
Attended this cafe on the weekend and was really impressed with the atmosphere and food. Service was timely and coffees were perfect. Spanakopita and salad was delicious and I couldn't fault it. Thanks for a great lunch!!
Awesome atmosphere and decor, great menu with super friendly staff who make you feel really welcome. I ordered the beef burger and it was superb! Coffees also made to perfection. Will definitely go back and highly recommend Three Locals to all and sundry.
An update on the review below. I continue to go here most week days early for a coffee and sometimes have brekky. The coffee is excellent and the issue in my prior review (below) was sorted which is a great response. Food is good. The staff are always friendly. As I have become a regular I have noticed that the service has changed a bit. As an example I now have to ask for water even if having a meal whilst you notice customers they do not know automatically get water and an overall more formal or professional level of service. Its a bit like they do not have to impress you any more as they have you as a regular. Don’t become too complacent guys, lots of coffee shops in Station St...........Great place to go with friends for a chat. Good food. Only one complaint, sometimes the coffee which is fantastic is way under filled when you order a mug, less foam more milk guys. Overall a winner.
Great local cafe. Decor is tastefully done. I am always first to check out and critique the kitchen as to how clean it is & I can assure it you it is spotless! I've spent some time here and have noticed how clean and particular the owners are. This place is scrubbed spotless every night! Not to mention how great the food and coffee is. I'll be back guys.
Have been here a few times. Food and coffee has always been nice. Friendly service. Menu is a bit basic and not much choice, especially for lunch.
First time here and nicely done, service was quickly presented, coffee was top notch! Lovely fireplace to keep warm and friendly staff. Great range of meals made it hard to choose. We recommend this cafe.
Just wanted you to know that we had a beautiful breakfast at Three Locals on Saturday. Four of us plus a newborn baby in a pram. Lots of room for the pram, lovely atmosphere with the fireplace and delicious food for all of us. We will be back soon. Thankyou and keep it up.
I popped in for brunch recently. The service was friendly and efficient. The coffee was fine, not exceptional but better than just ok. I had their eggs benedict, and thought they were a mixed bag. The eggs were poached very well. The hollandaise was yummy. I am not a fan of pulled pork in benedicts, but this pork worked well. The bread was the biggest negative - good bread, but rock hard crusts that were nigh on impossible to cut through. It is more than possible to source softer crusted bread that is easier to manage. It detracts from the enjoyment to have to fight with the bread.
That said, give the place a try. It is a good addition to Station Street.
Friendly service, nice décor, Very nice and tasty food. Was made to feel at home with their friendly polite attitude. Ample variety of seating inside and out. Instead of table numbers they use local street names. What a terrific idea. The Steak Sanga was delicious, crusty bread and horseradish sauce. The pulled pork tortilla was super tasty. The only average thing was that the rustic chips were plated up to soon before service as the top ones were tepid , the bottoms ones hotter, but not piping hot.
Lovely food and friendly service! Patient with fussy children. I had a great lunch here with my five year old. My coffee, house smoked salmon and eggs all great!

We love this place! Although we're not technically locals, we've stopped in a few times on our way through and it's always a good experience. The staff are friendly and the owners really personable, it's got a great buzz. The menu is inventive without being pretentious! And everything we've tried has impressed us! The coffee has also been excellent.
Hubby really liked the fried chicken/coleslaw burger but I CANNOT stop thinking about the Croque Madam... It's truly out of this world delicious.
We'll be back any day now to try the new menu. Confident it will be just as amazing.
Three Locals is a new restaurant that recently opened in Fairfield. The restaurant before was called Qube and i had been going their for about 5 years, it was a great venue and the food was yum!
Last Friday me and the bestie decided to try out the restaurant since we always went when it was Qube.... We were blown away by the look of the new restaurant, the deliciously refined menu and the VERY friendly customer service
The menu is really something to talk about! They have a weekend special which is an Entree, Main and a glass of wine for $45 - The meal sizes were very pleasing and the food was just superb, worth a lot more than what they charge! REFINED MEALS... my mouth is watering thinking about it!
For entree I had Zatarr lamb cutlets, almond crusted aubergine, pomegranate molasses - this was honestly the tastiest and most succulent lamb I've ever had and I have never had aubergine like this before, just amazing!
For main I had Crispy skin Pork Belly, pickled perilla & cripsy lemon grass.... WOW! The pork melted in my mouth and the flavours were sensational. This chef deserves a gold medal. I have never had pickled perilla before and i must admit it was AWESOME!
PLEASE trust me... If you live locally or feel like a drive, get on down to Station St in Faifield and pay a visit to Three Locals... Guarantee that you will not be disappointed and will return more than once
i shared this on my blog but Zomato will not let me include my link... go to inandoutdining.blogspot.com.au to see more!
what a pleasure to see this cafe resurrected from the previous abysmal owners. We enjoyed a very pleasant lunch and great coffee. Will be my weekly haunt from now on.
What a lovely local place! The decor is eclectic and urban with a friendly atmosphere. New owners and new staff are enthusiastic and friendly. Their food is excellent and a bit more than just your common cafe menu. I tried their cheese pie and not only was the pastry home made but it was delicious. I'm definitely going to make this my local!
Excellent and unique food... I love how the menu is set up of common dishes like 'Eggs Benedict' but it is actually different. The macca cheese balls are so yum!
Great food, great service! Just what station street needed. I ordered the eggs my way with avocado and tomato with a skinny latte, couldn't fault it. Can't wait to come back and try everything else on the menu!
Had a delicious brunch of eggs benedict with pulled pork, it was the perfect serving size and the food was amazing. Extremely friendly and prompt service as well. Think I've found my new local. Can't wait to go back and sample their large selection of cakes.
Great coffee. Got the beef burger with egg, burger was juicy and flavourful, chips were crispy on the outside soft and fluffy on the inside.
Sat down for a couple of hours to do some work on my laptop, staff were super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely come again!
Delicious breakfast! Ordered the Berry Chai bowl without granola as I'm allergic to nuts. It was beautifully presented and a generous serve. Added some lemon and ginger tea. The customer service was great, our waitress was very attentive and helpful. She even informed me of some other but free options on the menu similar to the chai bowl for next time. Perfect start to the weekend.
What a beautiful place, beautiful food and something nice and hot and juicy inside me to fill my appetite for destruction.
Been a couple of times now. Lunch menu has a great variety and food are cooked to perfection.
Breakfast is just as good. Offering the usual bacon and eggs but gourmet style.
Had the amercian style pancakes which balanced the sweetness & salt. The traditional pancakes, the berries were sickly sweet.
Coffee was okay.
The prices are reasonable, staff and service was amazing. Parking can be the hard part.
Had a nice meal here with the kids. Service was friendly and food was served in a timely manner. They have gelato up the front as well as good selection of dessert. The only downside was the chips was a little soggy and thus not crunchy like how I like them. Will still return here though as it isn’t bad :)
This place has always got a warm vibe, the staff are welcoming and the food is nice too. We had the smashed avocado and Halloumi salad. Both were fresh and fulfilling.
Home delivery brunch! So delicious and as you can see, massive servings! Here's the surprise, it didn't cost a fortune! Thanks to 3Locals for giving us some normality during lockdown 😁
