Unfortunately I've had the worst experience with this venue. I won 2 weekends ago now and was issued a cheque that admittedly I mistakenly lost while still at the venue. Pokies venue, decent layout and two smoking areas. Barstaff were friendly and polite. Drinks were well overpriced. Not a place I would attend for food or beverage but consider for a nightcap.
Very good if you're after a chilled atomsphere ,cold beer food all-day 2 great smoke areas.keno pokies and foreignes so lots of nodding the staff quick friendly.good bar to unwind.

Arrogant, abusive staff. I tried redeeming a Furphy promotion and was verbally abused by the elderly manager. He refused to tell me his name, and had security escort me from the venue. Despicable behavour.
Incompetent staff, abruptness, bullying by staff members, no customer service is appauling & rudeness & last of all the venue manager Yohan needs to be replaced for many reasons! Not recommended.
Pokie Venue with. Bar at the front. $6.60 for a pot. Wasn't overwhelmed.
