Man this place is absolutely amazing! My fiancee and I had just walked past it, wanting something to eat and seeing the reasonably priced menu, we went in. We weren't expecting much, just some alright greasy food to hold us over. But what we got was some of the BEST chicken she or I have ever had. She got the wings and chips, those just melted in your mouth. I got the small HSP, which is by no means small. Very generously topped with cheese, meat and sauces. The chips are crispy but not rock hard. It's was just absolutely stunning how good everything was. We will definitely be regulars here. Not to mention they have jalapeno poppers, one of my favorite sides.

Google rating are certainly very accurate. Delicious halal food, good location and a very nice host. I travelled to Melbourne for a 2 day trip. Went to Perso grill because of good ratings on Google. It was so good that I went there again the second day.

One of the best taste food available Near South wharf area in Melbourne. Enough quantity, reasonable price, properly cooked and tasty food. Those who are looking for Halal food, this is a very good choice. Seems to be open till 10:00pm.

Delicious kebabs, even better if you ask to have it with Turkish bread. The bread soaks up juices from the meat and doesn't get soggy.
Staff are lovely, super filling and wish I could have room for more!

Came here only cuz of the terrific reviews here, but super disappointed. They use a super thick loaf of bread for the kebab rolls instead of the classic thin wraps. The falafel is not fresh, just premade stuff. The meat is hard and dry. The sauce in the kebab is to little and the bread too much - you’re literally just eating tasteless bread. Kebab is supposed to have some fries inside traditionally, nope you gotta get your fries as a side here! The pide is not made fresh, they take a frozen one and microwave it. It’s also super bready with barely any filling. Never coming back!

Hi, dont worry about the size of the shop. The owner is friendly and the best part he knows how to cook. We were asked by a friend to try this place out. We have been there a couple of times with kids and the food has been awesome. Chicken plates, mix grill plate, all their dips, fresh bread, chicken kebab all really well cooked and full of flavours. Keep it up! We will be back for more..

Slow and very rude service. We waited almost 40 minutes for a lamb meal and a falafel-when I went to the counter to check on the progress was told they havent even started and so I asked for a refund-the man was very rude and was trying to avoid giving a refund and asked me to wait longer-when I explained we were now very late to work and dont want to wait any longer-he was very rude and unprofessional in his response and angrily returned my money. This is where my colleagues have been having lunch for over a year and since this is not the first time for their slack service-we have agreed that none of our colleagues will come here again, much better places to eat around that actually understand how to run a restaurant and basic manners.

Came here for lunch. Food was good and worth the price! The service was pretty good and fast. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to try some Mediterranean/Arabic cuisine.<br/>It’s also Halal :)

Ticks all the boxes for your Middle Eastern fair on the fly. Mixed platter box with rice is a staple and not bad value. <br/>I’ll be back for more.

Went the Chicken HSP with garlic sauce, was tasty however were some cold spots, think it was the cheese which may have just come straight out the fridge and not melted by the chips (which were only just warm).<br/><br/>Hotter chips and melted cheese and I would have scored more highly, however was not all bad.<br/><br/>Will be back to try the souva next time around.

I was passing by and saw a kebab shop opened , possibly new establishment. Ordered the typical lamb and mixed kebab . The kebab was hard and the bread was very soggy. After having it I felt bloated for a while. I will probably not visit again. Price was reasonable.

The food is really upto the quality, always fresh especially the grilled kebabs and rice. Very suitable quantity and price wise as well. Highly recommended place to eat out.

Got the mixed chicken and lamb kebab for $12. This was huge...but totally delicious as the protein was fresh and came with lettuce, onion and tomato. They also offer both chilli and garlic sauce, the chilli was a tad hot for me so I might skip it next time, but I did finish the whole kebab.<br/><br/>We just beat the crowds as when we looked into the cafe the line was out the door!!
