Pretty good. Bread was nice and fresh, meat was ok but a little old, salad was good. Not a bad kebab.

A good kebab joint located in a peaceful neighbourhood. The rates are very comparable to competitors and the taste is also good. Pretty neat place and excellent hosts. All happy faces and they welcome you with the biggest of smiles. All the dips are homemade and taste awesome. Nice large servings too.

My favourite is the combo (chicken + lamb) kebab, I always order it when I was living around the area. Fast forward 5 years, I went back today for a quick bite and was glad that the quality stayed the same. It is just as tasty, just as juicy, just as packed full of ingredients as how I remember. I finished my kebab before I could even take a photo of it, yes it is that yummy good!!! I had many kebabs in my life, and this is my favourite, the best for me, the PERFECT kebab for me. Why I say this is my PERFECT kebab? because every other kebab shop I ate at, their bread and/or meat is always too dry and/or tough. This kebab shop got every single component right, bread is moist, it has an excellent bite/chew, meat is well seasoned/flavourful, very juicy, tender, succulent and smoky; lettuce give it some crunch and freshness, tomato give it some tang, slight zing from the onion and sauce to your liking (I always go for aioli + chilli). If you are looking for the perfect kebab, this is the place to go.

Little gem with wonderful owners. The food is very tasty and the owners ensure you have an enjoyable meal. Great selection of homemade dips and salads.

This is the only place you can buy the kebab or the snack pack near the domain exchange. The place been opens for over a year I think, inside the shop was very clean and foods are delicious Snack pack is only $13 with generous portion, the staff members are friendly. I would recommend and will go back for sure.

The staff are rude, my first experience was poor but I thought I'd give them a second shot, same staff member and same short attitude second time around. Almost felt as though placing an order was an inconvenience for her. Won't be spending another dollar at this place.

Took a little while but my god it was worth the wait! Everything was fresh and beautiful, definitely a lot of love in the recipe/process. Best kebab I've ever had!

Kebabs R Average. Don’t expect too much. Kebabs are half the size from everywhere else. The lamb was reheated from what I would assume the night before. Was also charged an extra $1 for Turkish bread when the menu clearly states that kebabs come with Turkish bread. Very average experience. Would recommend anywhere else.

I’m thrilled I got one last visit in before working from home commenced as sadly a one hour trip each way for a lunchtime kebab is a bit of a trek. I’m seriously missing them and holding on to the delicious memory of my combo kebab that I had literally two days before our office closed. <br/><br/>The variety here is so plentiful, there is at least ten different salads and ten types of dips to chose from. The menu is extensive too offering felafels, regular kebabs, boreks and pides just to name a few. I haven’t been able to find a local equivalent that comes close <br/><br/><br/>Recent <br/>After today’s visit I read back over my original review and was astounded there’s been like a 25% price rise on the combo kebab since my first visit. I’m pretty sure that’s not inflation in the last three years! The combo kebab has become quite unreasonable for a takeaway lunch price point particularly considering Don Don’s down the street does bargain basement dishes and even offers $1 wine. I’ll order the standard kebab going forward <br/><br/>Updated again <br/>My colleagues and I realised it’s May and we haven’t been for a lunchtime kebab run all year which had to be swiftly rectified. This is like $6 cheaper and equally yummy. Unfortunately it can be a bit hit and miss because if they are very busy they get distracted and the bread stays on the hot plate too long becoming hard and completely altering the taste. When they get the bread right though they are hard to beat <br/><br/>UPDATE <br/>Inflation has more then hit here with my go to dish now coming in at $16.90 making it a bit overpriced for a casual work lunch when it’s coupled with a reduction in portion. Definitely not frequently weekly like I used to but still worth a visit on occasion <br/><br/>Original review<br/>Today is Friday which means I'll be making my weekly pilgrimage to the aptly named Kebabs R Yummy with my team for my combo pack. It's taken some time but I've finally got everyone in the office accepting that the pleasure of a kebab is not solely reserved for the early morning hours post a solid drinking session. The people who work there are friendly beyond belief and for $14.90 you get two types of meat, two salads and two duos with plenty of Turkish bread. I'm so attached to this place I didn't know what to do when they were closed over Christmas. Go check it out

Good food with great price. The dipping here are just yummy. It's all about traditional kebabs.Staff is friendly. just be sure u r served with the fresh as my friend was served overcooked stuff.

Came on sat 12PM, Got a meat box. They gave me meat that looked like it was stored for a long time. The type that they put in the bucket after shaving. But it was like it was cold looking like when it's pulled out of the fridge. Was refried and tough as leather. Never going back again.... Can't believe they can server that stuff the next day... They didn't shave it off the spit fresh....Even if it was in that little bucket for 20 mins all good, but it looked like skin. Not even the garlic sauce could fix it.... I hate wasting food but it was inedible...

Quick service, for decent size of kebab! Reasonable price too. I ordered chicken with extra pepper sauce.<br/><br/>It's good, but not great. Chicken can be more moist.

Understaffed. Waited here for 30mins on Friday lunch for the staff to realise they forgot my order. I had to remind them to make my order. Even if the kebabs were good I'm not happy

Small and assuming shop, you could walk past this place without noticing its presence, but their kebabs are not to be missed! I was recommended by a local to try their lamb kebabs and I'm so glad I did! Popped over during lunch time, not overly crowded, the lady behind the counter was amazingly friendly and put together a delicious kebab. I would expect to pay $14 elsewhere for the size of what she gave me, but this was dished up to me for $10. I would definitely be returning!

Got the healthy option to the HSP. The meat on top gives you a choice of lamb/chicken/combo (both) with 3 salads instead of chips. The meat and sauce portion is generous and with a good selection of salad there's something for every diners. Meat is tasty but some pieces is a bit dry and oily. Price is good for the packs and is big enough for 2. Depending on what time you come, they can be extremely busy so we normally pre order during lunch time to avoid a long wait. The kebab's bread is good with dips but too thick as a kebab; you can opt for the pita bread instead. The chilli and eggplant dips is a must try as well.

The wait time here for the food is too long. Been here several times hoping that service would be better, but disappointed every time. Understaffed, and not friendly.

I'm really impressed with this place. I have been walking past here for the last month or so and despite not being over appealing from the outside there is always plenty of people here. So today i thought what the hell, give it a try.I got a chicken kebab with the lot. I like the fact that they put garlic and chilli sauce on the kebab, first time I have seen this. It works really, really well. I must say it is one of the better kebabs I have eaten

Kebab and chips was good for australia but little bit too much expenssive for one kebab. When u know the cost for one kebab it s crazy. I like the area but the restaurant look like little bit dirty.

My partner had been asking me to try this place for ages and finally I gave in the other day! <br/>We ordered the lamb/chicken pack to take away. Very generous serving! A bit of chicken and lamb, 2 dips, 2 salads and flat bread, not bad for $14 and for two people!<br/>I'd definitely come back. The food was pretty good for a local kebab joint.

One of my favourite places for a kebab. I am always full after having a lamb kebab here. Other options I like are also the lamb pack (could pretty much feed 2 people) which includes 2 dips. Meat, 2 salads and Turkish bread. Also love get meat on top option. You choose 3 salads and you get your choice for meat and dip on top. Usually big line depending on what time you go but always a quick turnaround. Great prices and generous serves. Friendly customer service as well. Miss this place because it was close to work but whenever in the area I try head down for a meal here. Only thing is I wish this place was open longer and on Sunday's.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!. Very disappointed with the service at this kebab place. We regulalry put in an order for our staff on Fridays and this is the second week where we have attempted to put in an order and the person taking the order has hung up abruptly because they have no time. We have now permanenlty removed this business from our database and will be taking our business to another more appreciative kebab place on Clarendon Street.

Love the Kebabz. This is the best local kebab shop I've come across in years. Every time I get a kebab it's delicious. The staff are friendly and the wait times are very quick. My only gripe is their trading hours. I would have thought that 9pm to 1am would be peak period over the weekends (at least that's when I have most of my kebab kravings). Unfortunately this place is always closed by 9pm. I can think of half a dozen times in the last few months I've wandered down only to find it shut. Such a disappointment given how good it is.

Delicious kebabs. One of my favourite places, although they could improve a couple of things. There isn't really enough bread in the lamb/chicken packs to eat all the dips, so I often have to get extra bread. Also, sometimes the kebabs could be wrapped better (there is often a new worker that struggles for a while). Overall though, these are minor complaints.

Staying in melb for the week. Had the lamb pack tonight. Lamb, bread, dips and 2 salads. The food was great and excellent value. Will go back on our next visit.

Terrible food and terrible service!<br/>The mature lady who served us was rude and slow, the food also took forever to get to us despite it not being very busy.<br/>The gentleman before me got the wrong order, which slowed things up even more.<br/>Once finally received my falafel pack it was minimal and bland.<br/>Will not go back.

Yummy salads. Walked in quite hungover, the lady behind the counter was so lovely and accommodating. I ended up getting trio of salad with lamb on top. Was very tasty :) theres such a big range of salads, cant wait to try more of them.

You can feel the love the moment you walk in the door. The staff are incredible, the kebabs amazing. Highly, highly recommended. Get there early for lunch if you can - this place attracts quite a crowd.

Last sat tried them out for the first time. Chicken kebab was delish. The bread wasn't the typical steamroller flat. The garlic and chilli sauce was fantastic. This sat I'm back for a lamb plus chicke for the missus. It's 12:18pm and they are closed even though opening hours are supposed to be 10:30pm-4pm...with no signs to say why... Oh well the Taiwan place next door seems alright.

Addicted. Go here weekly for lunch. Best kebabs I have ever had. Don't worry if there is a large que when you walk in as the service is quick. The lamb kebab is my fav and the turkish bread is awesome. I have not been let down once here.

Kebabs r yummy. Discovered this place after inspecting a dorcas st apartment. saw a bunch of tradies coming out with kebabs on the drive past. i hope my references don't fail me. now lets knock down that chinese place next to it and put a sushi bar there ;)

Great turkish tucker, you can tell they know how to make good kebabs! You can choose from either turkish or pita bread. They dont serve fries but who needs it when you can order some other great sides and salads - the fetta sticks are AMAZING! The meal trays great too... We have been there a few times and never been disappointed

Perhaps I'm exaggerating a little. But seriously, the food here is lip-smackingly delicious and great value. And the head honcho lady who runs the joint - she's a dear.
