Great location, love the indoor/outdoor space. Where this place is let down is the staff. Not very friendly or helpful.
Coffee is a bit hit and miss. The coffee I had today was great.
The enclosed space outside is great too. Perfect for a quiet space for a meeting.

I work in the building above and have been here at least 4 times. Shocking service. At least smile to the customer since you only work in hospitality not like you are doing anyone a favour by taking orders or delivering coffee. Especially the older dude who appears to be the manager?

In a city with so much competition for good coffee, this cafe shines as THE best coffee. I have been getting my morning cappuccinos there for years and it is always spot on. and always served with a smile. I highly recommend it!
Had a quiche and it was dry. Lettuce leaves in garden salad was old and tough and was charged $4.50 that was not palatable; left most of it behind. Coffee was not hot when it arrived. Will not go again.
Defnitely a cheap eat with a good range to choose from. Nice open clean seating area for lunch with great views outside. Outdoor or indoor or an indoor-outdoor glassed in area. They are very quick to clear your plate as soon as you finish. Help yourself to water.
I only go to Elements as a last resort - since they are in the same building I work in. Overpriced for very ordinary coffee ($5+ for a Large) and is usually a hit or miss on certain days depending on who is making the coffee. The only good thing, is the location of this café.
