I visit this cafe every morning on my way to work and absolutely love the customer service! I am especially referring to Nadia who always greets me with a smile and has the best customer service. Keep up the good work!!

This café has a large variety of hot food, a selection of premade rolls, make up your own rolls and sandwiches and some delicious looking quiches.
Today we chose to eat in and ordered chicken schnitzel sandwiches with our own toppings. I chose cheese and coleslaw, it was great, the bread was so fresh and soft, enjoyable. My coffee was okay, nice and strong.

This large eatery has salads, hot meals and choose your own sandwich ingredients on offer but for today I was just after a coffee and something sweet.
They have an inside or outside dining option, both arears where buzzing today.
They have lactose free milk, so I decided to go for a strong latte, despite the dark colour of the coffee, it was not too strong and had a nice caramel flavour. I also got a choc chip cookie to go with the coffee, it had plenty of choc chips and was just what I felt like.

'Quick bite of the elements'
Sometimes walking through CBD there's not much around for brekky particularly on Collins but stumbled into the place and seemed quite nice with heaps of hot breakfast items. I had an egg & bacon muffin which was tasty & almost like a Macca's one.
I also had a Chorizo and egg roll which was okay but probably needed a type of base pasting such as a nice relish as it was a little bit plain. I added chilli flakes to give it a bit more kick. We also had freshly made sandwiches which were massive and plenty of good ingredients. Their coffee (mocha) I thought was up there in taste.
I love this cafe have very beautiful outdoor glass cabin and seatings and their Chai latte is the best I came across and the staff is very good and attentive and have smile on the face.

Waiter was excellent, the dude at the counter serving wasn't. The original owners had the place humming, but these new guys aren't as good.
I asked what was in the big breaky, he said everything I said, spinach? He said everything. There was no spinach.
The toast wasn't really toasted and became soggy bread.

This place is a GEM. great hidden away location that's peaceful but still surrounded by city buildings and a buzz. Fantastic service and really nice food, coffee and tea. The corn fritters on the breakfast menu were delicious. Definitely going back again..and again..!
Pretty good. The food that I've had from there has always been really yummy and quite decent prices. The service, usually not that great.
They have a nice select of pasta's, sandwiches you can choose the fillings for, delicious salads and ready made rolls. I most like that they change their menu everyday, so you don't end up eating the same lunch day after day.
The service of the place is not very good - the guy there accidently gave my coffee to someone else, and I pointed it out because the coffee he offered me was with skinny milk and I hate skinny milk with coffee, but he made out like it would be a massive task for him to make me the coffee I had ordered and paid for, so I begrudgingly took the other persons coffee even after I told him I would prefer he make the coffee I ordered.
Such a cool place, tucked away from the hustle and bustle yet right in the mix of high end CBD. Food options are spot on and the coffee is sensational! Staff are great and right on the ball. Il be back for sure!

Every building has that one café that is not too bad, not overtly good, but which is frequented nevertheless for convenience. At 120 Collins, we have Elements which has its main restaurant located in the courtyard and a smaller kiosk in the lobby of the building. The food is reasonably priced although pretty standard. For breakfast, I always choose the bircher muesli although I was slightly miffed recently as the size has almost halved with no changes to the price. At lunch, freshly made rolls and sandwiches are one of their more popular options although I tend to go for the premade salads in summer and warm dishes in the colder months. The restaurant space is expansive and it’s a convenient venue for team lunches and casual meet-ups. Service is always very friendly and they don’t get many things wrong, as the business relies predominantly on return customers. Recently, on one of my days off, I visited the Madame Brussels laneway where there are quite a few office buildings as well as a few eateries. I stumbled upon Baboo which reminded me of Elements with its many suits in attendance. The special here seems to be piadina’s, which is a thin Italian flat bread that can be used to hold a variety of fillings. There were also pizza slices on offer which seemed reasonably cheap at $5 per slice (we’re in the CBD after all). I ordered a slice to take away, but discovered that the base was under cooked when I got home. Their coffee was much better and provided some consolation to my disappointment.
In a city with so much competition for good coffee, this cafe shines as THE best coffee. I have been getting my morning cappuccinos there for years and it is always spot on. and always served with a smile. I highly recommend it!
Defnitely a cheap eat with a good range to choose from. Nice open clean seating area for lunch with great views outside. Outdoor or indoor or an indoor-outdoor glassed in area. They are very quick to clear your plate as soon as you finish. Help yourself to water.
