Clean aesthetics friendly service and consistent coffee every time. They have fresh baked goods as well and some very impressive coffee art
A cute little cafe situated in the CBD with one of the tastiest toasties ive had. It was so cheesy and the sour dough bread was delicious! The coffee was strong and smooth. The service was so friendly as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience and ill definitely come back for the toasties.
A modern cafe that serves amazing coffee and a great range of small bites, perfect for takeaway. The reuben sandwich was so delicious, hearty with a perfect balance of flavours. The serving of the food is also very generous. I love their range of iced teas too, so refreshing and looks pretty. This is the perfect place to get your takeaway food and drink or to sit and chill with your mates for a quick catchup!
Poolhouse Coffee is located just beside Melbourne City Baths, we supposed that’s where the name coming from. Tucked in the little alley in Franklin Street, this petite coffee shop sure captured our hearts with its minimalist and shop full of sunlight and greeneries here and there. You can opt to eat outdoor to if you need to enjoy more sun.

Had a great experience at PoolHouse Coffee today!
Decor is on point! Lots of whites and blues and indoor plants 🌱
Luke and the team looked after us really well. We started with the cafe’s own PoolHouse Coffee with Oat mylk and it was so delish. In fact I had 2!!
We also tried the tofu rice paper rolls which are made by the owner’s family fresh every day! They were so fresh and tasty, the perfect light breakfast!
A great place to grab coffee on the go or sit with a friend or a book and enjoy the vibe!
Poolhouse Coffee is a hidden gem tucked away near RMIT in the CBD. I love that they have started roasting and using their own beans, which can be purchased too!
Their house made rice paper rolls are so good - but their secret sauce is the real MVP! I don’t know what they put in there, but it is so delicious!!
Their reuben is a great and slightly more filling option for lunch. They’ve got the other usual toastie options as well.
The team there are super friendly and make you feel at home!

Pool house is my usual go to place for coffee when I'm in the area. We have also bought coffee beans from them and were never disappointed. This time we went there for lunch, had rueben and ham & cheese sandwiches. Really like the sourdough and cheese, very high quality and delicious. We also had some rice paper rolls, they were fresh and light.
Poolhouse has become one of my go to coffee places in the CBD. Their house blend is very nice and smooth on the palate.
For food, we got the Ham & cheese toastie, Reuben and Chicken rice paper rolls. And I love them rice paper rolls, nicely wrapped and made fresh, toasties were also yum. If you’re not a coffee fan, then you gotta try their Peach iced tea, felt so refreshed just after drinking one glass, perfect for Melbourne’s weather.
Overall, great little venue to grab a morning coffee, quick lunch or afternoon treat. Staff are super friendly and they sells their own Poolhouse blend, so if you like their coffee, you can have it at the comfort of your own house (I know I did).

After searching the vicinity for a good 20 minutes in need of good coffee, I finally stumbled upon Poolhouse Cafe.
The cafe itself is gorgeous! Very sleek and I must say, they make a great coffee. My almond milk latte was nice and strong (although a tad on the expensive side at $5).
Always pleasant, still a great vibe despite the construction works next door. Dukes beans are a great choice, a larger range of snacks would be good though.
My go-to place in Melbourne for the best latte ever. Consistently smooth and just the right notes of coffee. Highly recommend.
A little hidden from view due to the current roadworks on franklin st, but venture inside and it's a cozy little fit out with friendly service. Keep up the good job guys!
Used to came here almost every morning for a couple of months on my way to work; that was until I had to move to suburb. The food selection isn't that great, but!
Consistently good coffee (nice flavour and perfect heat for my Flat White).
One of the few cafes in city that still does Soy Chai Latte with the dried leaves.
One of the few cafes in city that still has friendly and warm service... definitely appreciated =)
A small busy cafe located in Melbourne City Bath that uses Dukes Coffee beans. Ordered the skinny cap, it was okay but the coffee flavor was a bit weak. The cafe interior was cozy and service was prompt.
A new coffeeshop located at the former public bath. Fantastic flatwhite with strong taste and lasting savory. The overall decoration is the harmonious combination of white and blue: blue coffee cups, blue staff uniforms. One of the best coffee i had in melbourne (the other favorites are dukes coffee, switchboard, codeblack, campos, grinders).
A new café found in CBD uses Dukes coffee bean. So excited about that. I had a soy L and it tastes just same as Dukes. Also nice deco and friendly staffs!
