Meals were freshly made and generous serves. Very nice setting to eat at. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Nest by the Waterways Cafe is hidden inside a residential area. It is surrounded by a lake and park.
We visited on the weekend for brunch.
1) Eggs Salsa- When the waitress brought the dish to the table, I was like "whow" -> it looked amazing. There were bright colours from the salad and salsa, and everything looked fresh, generous and yum. The tomato relish was delicious. The avocado was nice. The tomato, I found a bit spicy, maybe from the dressing. Eggs were cooked well, though one egg was more runny than the other. Turkish bread had butter on it even though I requested no butter. Aside from that, it was a good dish.
2) Chicken Parma - A decent, inviting looking plump parma with a side salad and chips.

This place is absolutely AMAZING!! Today I had the eggs benedict with hash browns and a chocolate milkshake and I was struggling to finish it, I had to share will my sister. Always amazing service and the food comes out really quick. Nothing to fault. Will definitely be back.
Enjoyed a lovely breakfast by the lake. Coffee was excellent and my breakfast very tasty. Despite being busy the service was fast and friendly.
Located on the lake at Waterways, Nest offers great food, excellent coffee and friendly staff in a very relaxed environment. Excellent for Breakfast or Lunch.
Had a wonderful Mother's Day at the Nest. We had a great breakfast there and the views were wonderful. All my family loves going there (even when it is raining)
Very delicious. Generous portions. Good service for simple yet good quality cafe food. Yummy lunch two people for $40.00 efficient service. Very tasty we will be back again, just a shame that we can't bring the dog.
Cute café in a interesting area, very lovely and friendly staff beautiful view and good food and decent coffee.
Great place to relax, Very handy for locals!
Such an amazing place with amazing views and food. Lovely staff and owner their service is fantastic. You may even experience a few extra friends from the water. Breakfast meal is more than enough.
Wonderful discovery. I fell across this accidentally while riding with some mates. Easily the best coffee I have tasted for some time and had the pleasure of a fresh Danish as well. Service, ambience all a big tick. Reading previous reviews I can see why people are concerned about the prices, but as I try to sample a new café every week, the prices, unfortunately, seem to be standard.
Nice place to have breakfast. Spectacular view along with it as well. Prices are slightly high. Only problem I had was when I was seated outside, I was constantly praying for my life because there was a wasp buzzing around my table.
As a resident of waterways I can honestly say I've never had a bad country breakfast here and the coffee is always of a high standard.
Can't comment on the rest if the dishes however be prepared for a wait, busy or not.
Amazing food delicious great location
Like. Service was mediocre, food was nice, prices are good, loved the scenery around the cafe, will be back for brunch again soon
Been over 5 times always great food can take a while sometimes but always worth the wait awesome setting beside the lake aswell
Really nice venue, food was priced well and decent size. Yummy. Would reccomend
A wonderful place for a meal or coffee. Sitting on the waters edge of the big lake in Waterways you couldn't ask for a more relaxing environment. The staff are friendly and the food is really worth it. Some of the best food around. Looking to expand in the very near future. Quality all round. Sure to become a real bright light in the area.
