Amazing Parma in town.. one of the best in the neighbourhood and their pizzas are delicious! It is our regular place. Strongly recommend for variety of Parma dishes.
Really like the food and the chicken. Although I really wait around half an hour, the delicious food is deserved. In addition the mushroom sauce in pasta is also delicious. The staffs are very friendly too. Today is also my graduation day and I feel so happy to have dinner in there.😝
I love this place. I have visited this restaurant the most in the past year. The ambiance is lovely. The owner takes care of the customers personally at times and the way she speaks is lovely as well.
Despite the negative reviews, my experience was positive. Server and lady out front were very genial and amicable. I had the parma [with mushroom sauce] And food was beyond my expectations too; the chicken was moist and tender and big and cut very cleanly when I put my knife through it. Having had my fair servings of Universal Chicken, I opine that the chicken at 143 Italy is indeed superlative to its neighbour/rival; nevertheless, the mushroom sauce (which in fact contained a significantly numerous amount of mushrooms to my absolute delight) was a little less creamy but more mushroomy- perhaps more suited to a medium rare porterhouse. Chips 6/10 similar to Hungry Jacks flavour wise and Kebab chips texture wise. Salad very standard. Plate very big. Would return!
Amazing atmosphere, really nice and quality food. Sizes of food are quite big for a very reasonable price, We’ll definitely back. Thanks to all the staff for the attentions.
Despite the terrible ratings here, I thought the lady out the front was very nice and the food was great. We may have just come on a good day, but I have no complaints!
Great friendly staff who treat you like family and are so welcoming. Great quality food, the pizzas are amazing. Portions are beyond big and it feels that there's plenty of food wasted which is a shame, so many tables had leftover food because you just can't finish the meals. Such a waste.
Would come back to Melbourne just to come back to here, I would strongly recommend the mushroom risotto. It has become a top favourite dish of mine which is saying a lot. The bolognese was nothing too special but was still good. The free wine was a huge selling point and was super delicious ( I don't even like wine ). The place isn't as intimate as I would have liked but that's personal preference. My favourite part was the owners/manager, they talked to us as if we were good friends of theirs and gave a very personal feel to the place. Before the food even came, François took his time to talk to us and just made us feel happy and excited to eat. This is my first review of a restaurant and I want to go back to Melbourne just because of this place :)
Amazing pasta. I had the Carbonara and was more than impressed with not only the size, but also how tasty it was. I could tell it was fresh, and I was thoroughly impressed with the flavour. My dad had the Alla Gamberi and said the same thing, plenty of prawns which made it even more worth it.
Great service. The chef was extremely friendly, asking if everything was okay. The female & male waiters were also extremely friendly.
Upon leaving we were told we'd been given a 10% discount as we were first time customers, which was a great surprise.
I definitely recommend this restaurant, and will be returning at some point in the future.
We were enticed in with free drinks and the menu was great for our family of two boys. Great service, excellent portion sizes, delicious tasting food. Our budget is normally around $100 but we only paid $70 for the 4 of us. That was 3 individual pastas, pizza, garlic pizza bread and drinks included. Pasta is fresh and I was assured is made in store. Lovely evening you won't be disappointed.
