Roll'd Vietnamese - Melbourne - Photo album

TLDR: small, too salty, stale crackling, polite staff, not value for money My husband and I had ordered online but due to a system error it processed through their cash register but not through to the kitchen. Staff politely apologised and asked us to wait 5 minutes extra and our order arrived rela
Their "improved" banh mi was terrible and tiny. Even discounted to $5 it was bad value. Horrible representation of the Vietnamese cuisine. I don't know how they've managed to stay open... Staff was polite.
Hey Roll'd, l know the cost of food and services is way up but the value for money for your pho soup is way down.... definitely the lowest l've ever had for a pho, 3-4 stringy pieces each of chicken and beef, size and price 👎 decent flavour though, and pleasant staff.
Incredible to be paying $9.50 for an old bun with minimal filling. This Bánh Mì was an insult to Vietnamese hospitality and a final capitulation to the greed of the capitalist west. When in desperation and not too many options around ... Banh Mi - Crispy Pork Belly Roll ... as authentic as a Vietnamese street fast food can be, not the $5.00 version, better presented, not necessarily the taste. I'm not a franchise fan ... good luck to them.

Went there as advertised opening time of 10am. Didn’t look like opening on Time. Nothing displayed yet. Usually great food and service. South Gate Roll’d is the opposite of this.
Worst banh mi I’ve ever had
