Great venue for live sports and drinks after work. I highly recommend the mac n cheese parma which was phenomenal.

I love easey's burgers. The smashed patty adds a crunchy flavourful element that is so playful with the bacon, kick of jalapenos and cheese that melts in your mouth. Everything fits in the palm of your hand, so it's an easy eating experience!
The Bottom End also uses vegan chicken salt, making it a friendly favourite for everyone!
Water is self serve by the door, and ordering is self serve. I'm talking about coming up to the bar, and then picking up the food with the table buzzer. They don't take too long to prepare either.
The atmosphere is a little dark for a work lunch, but I can see it being a great after work place for really good quick food and drinks.

Easeyās is in the Bottom End pub and is by far the closest decent burger venue to work. I came midweek for the Monday to Wednesday burger special. $15 gets you a beef and bacon cheeseburger, a super generous serve of fries and a soft drink. More than enough for me my dining buddy upped the anti with an additional beef patty. Burgers were delicious with a soft bun and plenty of cheese. My sole patty wasnāt overly thick so was well cooked through as I like. Chips were quite well cooked... crunchy but a little too crunchy for me.
As a venue Bottom End pub is a dark and I suggest most people here were here for the burgers rather than the ambience.
Busy Friday night and we managed to slide into one of the many couches available. It wasn't too far from Crown which was a deciding factor for a quick pint and burger beforehand. First thing is that their menu has reverted over from the full Easey's menu to a refined pub menu. Only a handful of items are powered by Easey's which was a bit of a shame, we wanted a full burger experience!
That said I got their classic cheeseburger. Well seasoned hamburger patty and slightly pink in the middle, the bacon was suprisingly crispy. Held well together and experienced no slippage of ingredients. The fries had a small hint of chicken salt, or maybe I was hallucinating.
We also shared some chicken tenders which were covered in southern spices and fried to a crisp. Good but could have been more juicy. The spicy aioli accompanying it gave off some mild heat.
Decent spot to hang out for a casual pub meal. The staff wore genuine smiles which is always bonus.
Hard one to rate as the food was great but the venue is not great at all. The rating is really based just on taste of the food.
The burgers from easys are spot on, I rate the burger and the potato gems 8.5/10. Tasty burger and great cheese, really good.
Service average, we were literally the only 2 people in there and the food took longer than it should have.
But the venue is dark pretty dodgy and there was nobody there so no atmosphere.
Good place to duck in for a good burger and get out of there.
I ordered a cheeseburger and chips while at work and had it delivered. I didnāt expect much when ordering but I have to say it is definitely the best cheeseburger I have eaten and the chips taste amazing donāt even require sauce with the chips

I am a connoisseur of the Rowdy Double Cheeseburger & Chilli Cheese Fries.Ā
After several home deliveries over the Ubereats App I can 100% promise you a thumbs up. I have traveled all over the world tantalizing my taste buds on the supple meats of the mooing taste bringer that is the cow.Ā
Firstly the vessel for these slabs of meat delivered is slightly glazed but beneath this shimmering yeasty oasis gives was the cloudy fluffy goodness of a fresh bun. Soft to the touch but sturdy enough to withstand the wholesome juices that await as you bite down.
Inside the rowdy double cheese burger is two beef pattys perfectly cooked - well seasoned with a sprinkle of salt and pepper to keep you on your toes.
Percy pigs right leg has been dissected and comes in the form of some delightfully cooked bacon.
The cheese is expertly melted in-between and on top of the pattys. Too many amateurs out there putting the cheese on top of the salad. NOBODY WANTS A COLD CHEESE SINGLE ON THEIR BURGER GARY.Ā
I as I am a bit of a maverick enjoy adding some Jalapenos to my burger for a small gold coin donation, rather than than give it to an annoying charity working or buying something from the vending at work. This stroke of Van Gogh like genius from myself bring its all together in a crescendo of flavor which will amaze even the staunchest amungst you.

Well cooked, nicely seasoned with an old classic a bit of chilli concarne on top.
Close you eyes.... imagine being sat in the rocky mountains... camping in the woodlands.. enjoying the fresh autumn evening with your wooly hat on around the campfire with scoutmaster phillips wraps his arm around you and lands a bowl of hot chilli concarne on your lap and a crusty roll to warm you up.
That's how I remember it anyway. Heaven.

Great burgers! The venue has outdoor and indoor seats, a bit dark and gloomy inside but seems pretty laid back, good drink selection and decent music. Food arrived quickly and really I was so happy with my burger. Wish I'd tried the chips too but I was trying to be healthy on this day :) Would definitely go back.

My first food place to visit on my first time in Melbourne.Ā
We had just landed, got our bags in the hotel room and were esurient. We had a quick look on Zomat, and found this join just 2 blocks away. When we arrived we were teleported back into what I can only imagine the 1990s dive bars looked like - Dingly and stygian but with the flair of a sports bar and the white snow from the tvs blasting the Olympics to keep some form of lightgoing.Ā
With rumbling tummies we both ordered a burger each. I ordered the double bacon bbq cheese and my partner got the chicken sandwhich. They came out saucy and appetising. Being hungry as kid on centrelink I staunched the burger in about 2 minutes, then i grudgingly watched my parter finish hers off. I told myself not to order chips extra as I didn't want to ruin dinner being too full.Ā
The burger was very tasty with the cheese and sauces, the bacon was thinly sliced which is great beacuse it means when you bite into it the how rasher doesnt come out.Ā
Overall great experience, I'm sure it would be even better if you were with the bos watchingthe UFC on a Sunday afternoon

A bit of a grungy style pub but with great service and the menu is the same as Collingwood institution Easeys. The staff easily dealt with the modifications we wanted (which isnāt always the case at other venues) and the burgers and sides were bloody perfect, could not have been better cooked and put together. A little pricier than some other options in Melbourne, but when itās this good, Iām more than happy to pay!

Though it has been there for a while, the most recent addition to the Easeyās satellite collection of outlets can be found at The Bottom End on Little Collins Street. The dim surrounds have been nicely converted into a burger joint with some excellent booths. The Dear Luncher experienced Bottom Endās conversion just recently and was left feeling fairly impressed overall. The menus are much the same as the rest of the Easeyās clan ā but the lunch special from Monday to Wednesday is outstanding value and worth heading in for ($20 for the Easey Cheesy and pint. Sadly, The Dear Luncher did not go on one of these days and so full price was paid. For $29 a pint of Sample Pale Ale was enjoyed alongside the Rowdy Double Cheeseburger. This burger was outstanding. Double beef, double cheese, bacon, jalapeƱos, pickles, onions, ketchup and mustard. The highlight was the cheese melt ā perfection. The beef patties were having a cheese party like no other. The cheese-ooze made its way down slowly down this Mt. Vesuvius of a burger, like lava trekking down a volcano. The togetherness of this burger was right up there, but as far as The Dear Luncher is concerned, the patties were a little overcooked. Thatās a preference thing however, these patties were still exhibiting beefy-excellence. Top tastes. Worth $18 though? Probably not. That said, given the experience the lunch special will soon be experienced as well. Well worth noting that some of the happy hour prices on wings and beer appear to be EXCELLENT.

True what's been said about the look of the place. Flashing lights outside. Well in fact I didn't particularly like the inside either but I'm a snob. Music whilst loud when we arrived, mellowed down after the place had more people inside.
Drinks at 4pm were happy hour prices so fabulous. Couldn't drink alcohol being on chinese herbs. But indulged in the chicken burger. It was the best burger I've had in some time. The right flavors all matched together. I scoffed it so quickly. The chips were fabulous also. Loved the shape and consistency.
This is a sort of cool dive bar in a quiet part of Little Collins St (near spencer st). We were a bit apprehensive to walk in, with the flashing coloured lights on the outside, but what a little gem. Cool vibe, lots of tables, a big bar, a magician wandering around entertaining drinkers (yes you read right) and a selection of board games on offer. At the moment they also have their kitchen cooking up a selection of Easys burgers, as a sort of "pop-up" of the famous Collingwood burger joint in the cbd. The burgers were delicious! I had the Chicken Sandwich #1 and some of their special Triple Fried Melbourne Bitter Battered Dim Sims. Super crispy and salty and super yummy. šš»

My way lead me to The Bottom End who served Burger Boys (Fridays only), ordered a Rushmore but I thought that adding x2 Kentucky Fried Chickenššwould have done the job betterš.

Decided to have a bevvie or 2 after work and a friend suggested this place.
From the outside, it looked like some seedy strip club with the multicolour light bulbs at the front. Walked in and i was pleasantly surprised.
Retro style booths with dim lighting and it wasn't over crowded. $10 cocktails on friday nights - why not...
The standout had to be the nibbles we got. The $1 chicken wings were amazing, and the onion rings were so crunchy and the sweet potato chips were yum.
I love live music and there was a talented girl who sang with just a guitarist. This place is pretty awesome. Didn't give full marks because the outside seating area wasn't big enough.

Caught up with some family who asked me to find a place that we could all try in the city that involved a different burger place to our usual areas/restaurants.
So i found this place that unfortunately doesnt have the best reviews but the photos looked great and it was close by to our venue for afterwards.
We got there and the outside just looked like some meh pub. Walked straight in and found my table with my name on it . No one came over to us so we just read the menu and got up to order. They obviously assumed it was my table?
What a find! Royal with cheese was juicy and meat patty was cooked perfectly! No gristle and very soft and slightly pink. I would of liked just a little more seasoning. The cheese was tasty and bread roll was soft fresh and very tasty.
Fried chicken burger was moist, thick and again pretty damn good!! Onion rings were cooked well, chips were meh. Could of been cooked a little longer and crunchy would be preferred.
Double fried chicken wings were awsome! Tasty! Crunchy! And damn good! I like how they give you the sauces on the side rather then smothering the wings in it. Sweet baby Ray n buffalo.

So I've been in the city all week attending to personal matters that only leave me on the west side of the CBD for a quick lunch. Unfortunately, The Bottom End is shut all week until Friday so I decided to dedicate my Friday lunch to them. Upon entering, you immediately notice the lighting, which is very little, but in a nice, secluded way. The music was great and the service even better. Meals were suggested to me by a female bartender who seemed really sincere in making my experience a good one. I ordered a classic, with bacon and buffalo sauce, and no onion (too overpowering when raw in my opinion) and after waiting around 5 minutes, my burger came. It was definitely smaller than most burgers I eat, but the abundance of impressive flavours, great textures from both beef and bacon, I found myself extremely happy with my meal towards the end of it. There was no gross feeling or thought that I "might have eaten too much", it was just right. I gave the burger an 8.7/10 and it has nestled into my top 10 burger list quite comfortably. I will be back on another Friday (if only this place was opened all week!) and will get fries in accordance to how hungry I am. Thank you The Bottom End, I will be back with friends.
Overall itās a great pub, with cheap food, good drinks and friendly service. I should also point out that their kitchen is open till 4am Friday and Saturday nights, so if youāre trekking past Southern Cross station and needed a drunken feed this is the place for you.
Bring back the Philly Cheese!. I love this joint, I love the music, I love the set up, I sure as sh*t love the mac and cheese balls but for the love of god bring back the Philly cheese steak- I love that the most!

Why?
The food is simply that DELICIOUS!!!! Initially I thought the burgers were a bit pricey but once I tasted my first (The Mitsubishi Burger), I quickly realized that they were worth every penny, and more. There are no burgers quite like the bottom end burgers - and I love my burgers.
The staff are super friendly, and there was little waiting time for my food.
Again, the food is delicious, the burgers, the chips, the cheese balls, Kitsch American menu with a twist - there's actual effort been put in to make the flavours pop in your mouth.
Will keep going until the place closes, which I sincerely hope it never does!

Will start off by saying the atmosphere here is amazing. Especially that of A Saturday nights as the music is my favorite. The burgers are by far one of the best I've had in Melbourne starting from the crisp brioche buns they use to the tender and juicy beef patties and American cheese. The chips are thick, crinkle cut and seasoned to perfection. The dipping sauces here make a wonderful accompaniment too. All in all, this venue is one of my favourite in Melbourne and one of the best burgers in town. Highly recommend !

Atmosphere, drinks amd excellent food!. The atmosphere at The Bottom End is absolutely charming. Comfortable seating for smaller parties, with large circular booths for bigger parties! Nobody feels left out! The drinks are amazing. My favourite is the "camel toe", it's fresh and delicious and men will pretend to not like them but then go and drink them in secret. The food is also great. I am slowly making my way through the menu and I have not been disappointed yet. "Plato's delight" is my current favourite. I thought the mix of tzatziki and taramosolata would be too much but I was pleasantly surprised. The burger is perfect! I can understand why people are complaining about the price. $10 is a little high for a burger, but the quality and perfect combination of tastes more than makes up for this. If you want to spend $10 on an excellent burger, you'd be hard pressed to to it else where. Otherwise go and spend your $10 at kittens. A whole new world of burger awaits you.
YUM. Love this joint- the decor is fun, the staff are super-helpful and the food is creative & tasty. The burgers are rich and delicious. Came on a Thursday for 'The Diner': awesome DJ, great crowd and an insane buffalo wing eating competition. The wings were so good the players kept eating when they were done!

Great place for cocktails and very good staff. We came here a few weeks ago on a Friday night. It looks a bit dark when you first go in but itās ok after a while. We ordered some drinks, burgers and wedges. The food arrived quickly and was tasty. Ladies get free bubbly until 7pm so that was also great. The music was good, a good atmosphere and the staff were helpful. The James Dean cocktail is nice, so nice that we ran the bar out of vanilla ice-cream! Their coffee cocktail was also really good. Later on the evening I got some tap water and the barman, Kim (sp?) brought us some water for my friend who was a bit worse for wear. I thought that was really nice and went above the required RSA teachings. Everything is reasonably priced and the place is cleaner than a lot of places Iāve been on a Friday night. Definitely going back!

Bottoms Up. Caught up with friends recently at The Bottom End for Friday night drinks. With footy scheduled across the road at Etihad Stadium, the place was extremely packed early, but seemed to thin out somewhat once it drew closer to the first bounce.
I ordered the āClassic Cheesey Baconā burger which was pretty damn tasty and very juicy. It was rather petite however, vanishing after just a few bites. The crinkle cut chips (served with a tricked up aioli) were a fitting accompaniment even if they were a commercial variety.
Whilst Iām unlikely to visit The Bottom End especially for a meal, Iād happily entertain another burger if I find myself there again for a few drinks.

Bottoms Up!. There is so much I love about this place. The kitch-y decor, the huge menu and even more amazing cocktail menu and the happy hour 4pm - 7pm. On this occasion we really went all out with the ordering with the total cost coming in at about $65. This got us
1) Shane Warne Burger meal - one huge beef burger with the lot, some cheesy mac balls and chips. This burger was HUGE and was difficult to take a bite from and still remain incredibly lady-like with the fabulous sauce dripping everywhere. I used ALOT of napkins with this bad boy and the only thing I could fault was the fact it was a little salty for my liking and i would have given it another hit of ketchup. The cheesy mac balls were a really nice touch and the fries were crinkle cut and perfect.
2) The Mitsubishi Burger - smaller than the Shane Warne but wow this was amazing - the chicken and wasabi mayo was fabulous and again this was a 3 napkin job at least. I will get this again when I go back
3) The Buffalo Wings - came in a serving of 3 - i could have eaten 300 - juicy chicken with a beautifully sticky deep red sweet and spicy sauce - these were freaking amazing. There may have been a fight over who would get the third...Served on a bed of crispy celery shards
4) Parmesan Truffle Fries - Perfectly seasoned crinkle cut fries came out as a generous serving. These were a treat to eat
5) James Dean Spider Cocktail - No need for me to see the cocktail menu again, I will just order this over and over and over- sweet bourbony/milkshakey goodness in a huge milkshake glass. No better combination than alcohol and icecream! Also ordered a pot of cider as well.
We also went back to order a Queenslander and a Tropic Thunder which tasted just like a Frosty Fruit icypole.
Great value for money, service was very friendly and prompt and I cant wait to go back and try more from the menu and eat a whole lot more of those wings!
Perfect weeknight catchup. Burgers are $10 with house vino or beer. Huge choice of burgers, I had the lamb which was pretty tasty. The burgers are to massive and we ordered a side of chips to share which had some seasoning which was pretty good, not cheap though chips were $8.

Best burger I've had in a long time at only $10!. The reviews don't lie - The Mitsubishi burger was one of the best burgers I've had in Melbourne for a long time. Who would have thought of wakame in a western style burger? We also tried the Shane Warne Burger which was incredibly succulent. We went on a Thursday and all mains were $10. Fantastic value and a quirky/fun atmosphere!
Yum burgers. I ordered the Soft Shell Crab burger to try something different. It was so delicious! The crispiness of the shell, the moistness of the crab! Perfect! To accompany my burger I had the Morning Glory cocktail. I could drink these all night long.

A cool bar in an otherwise seedy-business area.. Sitting alone in a street neighboured by various strip clubs and office buildings, is this unusual and slightly disturbed pub. Whilst spacious, it is crammed full of cheesy-ironic paraphernalia but then has some truly unique touches like the urinals in the mens toilets, comprised mostly of full-length mirrors, that give the impression you are peeing on yourself. Getting past the quirkiness of the decor (skulls and naked art on the walls) you will find a spacious, warm and friendly venue that just begs you to make the trek out to the western side of town for something other than smut on a Friday/Saturday night..
The famous 2 all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun will linger on in our minds whilst we crave a fresh burger full of juicy flavours. But it is not theĀ infamous food chains I am wanting to recognise, it's the places who stand alone and present us with unique combinations like no other. The Bottom End tucks away just a hop skip and a jump from Southern cross station on Little Collins. This dim lite pub is not to scare you with it's large flickering candles at the entrance or the darkness of which you sit, but sets a great mood for some amazing grub.

The Bottom End is a venue with great burgers and a great vibe. This place hums on a Friday night. It's like a nightclub atmosphere with rock and roll tunes pulsating through the speakers in the dimly lit room (in fact two large rooms). Figurines and quirky pieces are displayed through the venue.

A Parmi with Mac and cheese on it. I canāt think of a more beautiful combo, and it was executed perfectly. Although I did leave looking like I was 8 months pregnant with my food baby. The cocktail jugs were also amazing, the dark and stormy was a favourite at out table. On top of that the staff and decor/vibe of the place was great! Weāll definitely be going back!

Interesting decor... most i can't post pictures of because of t&c. It's very... different to say the least. Bar staff are excellent, very friendly and professional. I ordered some "chicken bites", southern fried buttermilk chicken with spicy mayo. The spice from the mayo apparently all found it's way into the chicken bites... they were hot! Awesomely spicy and delicious. Would have been a little better paired with a cooler mayo, but still an excellent accompaniment to a pot of beer. The decision to make a giant mirror into a urinal in the men's bathroom is slightly questionable, but doesn't exceed the questionable architectural decisions I've seen in some other pubs.
Clientele were a mixed lot, the place seems popular with a variety of crowds. Of all the venues in the cbd it easily rates in the top half.
Free wifi and free water makes it obvious that the bottom end is placing customer service and comfort above the bottom line..
Table tennis table, pinnies and board games gives the venue a very sociable feel.
Smoking area out the front, no food there (as per smoking regulations) but drinks can be taken out (during normal service at least).
Happy hour at the moment is mon-fri 4-7pm. $15 jugs and $1 sriracha wings makes this a great option for after work drinks.
Excellent beer selection, great service and most notably - BEAUTIFULLY SERVICED PINBALL. 10/10 will come again
