Toyko-ya Japanese - Melbourne - Photo album

Good Japanese restaurant in a not so good location. Went here for dinner and liked the food very much even tho not all dishes are authentic Japanese (coming from my Japanese friend). Udon was super delicious, fried chicken was nice and crispy, tofu was in point but sweet potato chips were just the n
Awesome customer service. The pork gyoza was perfect and well fried and not too oily which really fascinated me.The dipping sauce was good as well.Talking about teriyaki chicken, it was bloody awesome and the sauce made even juicy. The red small chunks i guess pickle but that was really sour and so go
Had my partner's 31st bday celebration at Tokyo 7 and will most likely have all our events here haha! We cannot recommend them highly enough, the place, food and staff were all amazing! All of our guests were impressed as it was a last minute change from the house party we were supposed to have . Bu
I ordered a take-away miso - no cutlery included and the miso broth was the worst I've ever tasted (photo attached). Service was not particularly 'friendly' either unfortunately:/
I got the gyoza from the restaurant, but it was fully raw, I don’t know how could they serve customers with the raw food, there is no food safety here.
Food was okay, not bad but nothing special. Service was very bad, they forgot to bring our drinks and food took about 30 minutes to serve. Not even half the Tables had people, most of their business seems to be ubereats. I recommend they just close to public and stick to ubereats
The place looked very nice,I was fell like sitting in Japan staff 😚was very friendly and quick service :)The food was good. Good size portions - small enough plenty to choose from the all you can eat as well as sake or wine, that you can try a few different things. Highly recommended if you’re visit
Absolutely delicious food, great customer service and beautiful experience all together. Highly recommend and definitely saved in my maps to go back!
