Lovely staff, the sweetest people ever - always happy to have a chat with you. Remembers my order, and the chai latte is perfect everytime, sweet but not overbearing!

If you're after the most rudest obnoxious service then this is the place to come! If I could leave zero stars I would, its not even worth a star!! The young lady that served us, had no manners, was extremely rude and then dropped my sausage roll and tried to serve it too me! Please rethink your staf

This is a great Michel’s! The new Cakes look amazing and the display cabinets were full and inviting. The coffee was just perfect 👌

Great service and friendly staff. I had their cappuccino and a berry muffin warmed up which were both delicious. Clean area and lots of seating. Overall I had a great experience but it was nothing spectacular therefore I gave it only 4 stars. I will be going again.
