Eight types of marinated pork belly cooked by yourself (or the friendly servers) is the real deal. The table kimchi here is one of the best I've had. Sweet and savoury... damned good kimchi. But don't go here too often or you might add to blockage in the arteries. :S

Melbourne has terrible korean restaurants. This one is slightly better. Good pork belly. Terrible side dishes and not generous when ask for refills. Had to pay $1 for extra garlic. Why do melbourne korean restaurants sell Japanese beer? How insulting to Korean culture.

Palsaik is such a hidden gem. The good was incredibly tasty and fresh and the exposed beams and duct work made for a great industrial look. The staff are super friendly and helpful.
