I went there on a busy work day to get some takeaway lunch. The staff was polite and made my lunch in 10 minutes. The taste of it surprised me. I am not a fan of nan bread and that nan bread didn’t impress me too. I ordered a chilli paneer and the taste was something to die for. So yummy! I would probably go to this place on a leisure evening again!
Friendly service, delicious food
Went on a Groupon voucher. Food was delicious, staff were lovely. Butter chicken and Naan were very tasty 👌🏼 will definitely be visiting again
We went using a discount code but would pay full price. The food was delicious and the service was polite, attentive and helpful! The Rogan Josh and eggplant and potato were particularly delicious. Will definitely be back!
The food is always amazing and the servings are very generous. The chef will happily make your meal spicier if that is what you prefer and they are always serving with a smile on their face.
The restaurant is clean and inviting and many families eat there regularly. I've been eating here for almost a year now and have yet to experience sub par food or even bad service.
The entire establishment is a boon to food lovers.
Great start to the neal with a lovely Chicken Tikka and Onion Bhaji on a sizzle plate, tender and full of flavor.
Mains of Butter Chicken with a fantastic sauce just magical and the Vegetable Curry was lovely, soft fresh warm Naan bread was a pleasure, we will be sure to dine here again!
Food is good, tasty, fresh and valued for price. Not like a few places around are very expensive and tasteless bland food. Friendly and attentive staff.
Best Indian meals ever tasted in Melbourne. This beautiful restaurant located in the heart of Boronia. very clean, tidy and elegant in ambiance. Pleasant, friendly and fast service.. classic menu..foods are presented to perfection and tastes just amazing., any Indian food lovers around the area .. please don’t miss out this guys
4.5/5 ... where's the half rating Zomato ?
I don't get this 2.8 rating on Zomato ... on the curries alone and if you know and like your curries, then you should just drive here while contributing to Citilink revenue.
Entree, I would give those Chicken Tikka a miss, too wet and not flavoursome, longer marinade and time inside the oven needed, perhaps. Onion Bhajis are okay, serving it on a hotplate was the first time for us.
However, those curries are devine ... vegetable curry is wholesome, not too sweet, not overcooked vegetables, just right ... so is the silky Butter Chicken ... but most importantly their $16.50 Vindaloo Beef ... Goan's special ... just the right amount of vinegar, balanced spices ... the only thing that is missing is NOT hot enough ... for me anyway :-)
BYO is recommended, only $2.50/person ... not even served a full wine by the glass, below the line ... but I'm not here for their wines ... forgiven, as long as their curries are good ... but serve me a full glass next time please, just in case I forgot to bring a bottle.
Unpretentious set up, service is adequate and lovely, I shall drive back here, to Boronia again for your Vindaloo, thank you Prem and team. JT-27/05/2018.
Love this place. The food is amazing. We had Beef Madras, Lamb Korma and Chicken Tikka Masala and some naan bread and every dish tasted great!
