I was surprised that even though Macca's is right next door KFC was busier. We bought Macca's on the first of a two night stay which was slow, with cold chips😔.
We decided to get KFC on the second night and it was bang on. All the food was hot and fresh. Recommended. 👍
The other day it was packed here. Maybe because of the anime convention or something, but there were so many cosplayers dining nearby and lining up for food.
Service got super slow after that, but the food was still nice. It’s the same as everywhere else, and made really quickly which is awesome.

First box they gave me was 2 normal chicken and the rest 4 was tiny nugget like size.. for $15? How is that worth, might as well pay for nuggets

Very quick to take your order very slow to give your food 4 people in service area 1 person in food preparation cooking area = 30 to 40 minutes waiting for food 20 to 30 people waiting for food. McDonald next door at most time 5minuts from service to food
last night it was quite busy in the restaurant. this kfc branch is located in a food court alongside subway and maccas. the restaurant dining area was quite packed with many families and tables taken and bins full to their brink, i had noticed that there was less team members at this store compared
This place deserves no stars at all. Truly disappointed and dissatisfied after waiting for 20 min getting burger which is off, it smells bad, in the counter there was no one to help. At the end had to leave without having the food. Shame on crown.
