I have read a lot of the reviews here and while everyone’s experience is different I can’t say I’ve encountered any rudeness. The lady who I think is being referred to, I think might be the owner. If it is the same person, she comes across as blunt more than anything. She’s friendly enough, just see
I love Mr Collins and it's a top restaurant that ROCKS ON MANY LEVELS.
