The chef makes his own noodles. The broth is superb. My favourite is the negi-miso ramen. Absolutely delicious!

Don't be put off by the shopfront. I wouldn't have walked in if my wife didn't insist but I was blown away by the best handmade Japanese ramen and soup in Melbourne!
