Food taste wise was meh. The prices are exorbitant for the actual portion size.

My husband, my sister & brother in law & I visited last night, 10 minutes before the kitchen closed. Unlike some restaurants they didn't make a fuss about the lateness of our visit, but welcomed & seated us efficiently & took our order, 2 pizzas, 1 pasta & a chicken Parma.

Visited La Porchetta this afternoon with my Family. The food tasted like home cooking and the best part of it was the service. The young lady who assisted me was friendly, offered me wine options and looked after us really well. Excellent! I will be returning ๐
This Pizzeria takes me back to the belated Rocco who is a Melbourne Icon. Tributes and blessings to his family and friends for continuing the great hospitality and wonderful pizzas. I must also give credit to Brother Felice who runs his own Pizzeria in University Hill.

Great pizza but because they are situated in a neighbourhood where itโs residents are predominantly old white boomers, the restaurant is forced to cater to their geriatric needs. This means that establishment is forced to close at 8 pm sharp or they will receive noise complaints from the cranky, ol
Takeaway 3 pizzas; pineapple, chicken and the lot. All were tasty hot and had good ratio of crisp and moist. Very good service swiftly made ready quick.
