Just saw a staff member take the inside of a sandwich off the normal bread and on to gluten free bread for a customer. This kind of practice is unacceptable as it could be very harmful for someone who suffers from ceolioc disease.
Good massive sausage rolls but not impressed with a coffee. Not only expensive but not warm enough and does not taste good either. Step up your game guys

Terrible service i ordered a coffee sat down started a meeting with a co worker, when the coffee was ready they just started yelling across the room interrupting. It wasn't like it was cheap either.
