Have come here multiple times in the past. Today was a real disappointment. Customer service was average, food was O.K (Used to be excellent), atmosphere was good.
Not capable of getting the order right. First gave me someone else's order. Then gave me my vegetarian order but topped with meat. Then behaved rudely when i complained.
But if you like getting what you didn't order served with a side of bad customer service, then this place is great.
Great atmosphere and really well made burgers! Always enjoy seeing a place do more than just basic food, and Beluga seems to look for the right ingredients to add to whatever you might be ordering.

This is one of the better lunch time places on this part of St Kilda Rd. Best hamburgers in the area as well as roast chicken/lamb rolls as well as doing a really good beluga breakfast roll. The menu changes on eveyr day of the week so they cater well to the surrounding office workers.
