Had a late night city feed after a few drinks. We ordered some dumplings and the crazy wings, nice quick food.
The crazy wing - WOW! Very spicy, I can take spice but this wing is a challenge lol
Sorry no pics of the dumplings, we were starving and they were polished off pretty quickly.
Really good pricing and decent variety with the menu. Service is hit and miss but usually things like forgotten items get resolved immediately.
Can’t really complain the food with the price. The service isn’t the greatest, I had except that since it’s a small shop and very cheap food. But glad that they are all very yummy ! And totally will be back. We had lots of them and only pay $18 per person. We feel super full after that !

Crazy wing is one of the nice place to try chicken wings. They have several option of food and the price is friendly. The location is great as well. I like the chicken, but i think there’re a little bit too much of MSG. Overall, im happy with the food.
Tried the original taste and spicy hot flavors in chicken wings from this place. The spicy hot is a crazy mix of hot chili powder but tastes amazing. Also the crazy wing is the most spicy wing I’ve ever had. Along with that have tried the garlic flavor, lobster sauce, honey chilli. Best on the side is the honey buns.
Holy heck, if you're going the actual crazy wing - save it until the very end and pre-stock up on some soy milk stat!!! Otherwise there are non crazy wing options that you can stick to including the Orleans, chilli, and garlic skewers which are succulent, tasty, and well seasoned.
Crazy Wing essentially offers all sorts of goodness in skewer form, including chicken varieties and vegetables (i.e. eggplant). Also a few rice based options that you can go for. Decor is nothing outstanding but that's not what you're coming to Crazy Wing for. Dinner on a skewer? I'm down!
My boyfriend and i decided to try these because we love chicken and spice. I can honestly say that the spiciest wings that they had were actually spicy. Although i wish the spices weren’t just powder, as i found them abit powdery with the burnt parts of the chicken. But overall the quality and tastiness of chicken was pretty good. It is also very affordable!
Not the first time I’ve been here and that’s because their chicken wings are so good!! This time we ordered honey spicy wings (my fave) which had a “2 for 1” deal today (Tuesday), garlic wings, chilli spicy wings and spicy beef fried rice. Honestly could never get enough of honey spicy, the garlic one was nice too, I want the biggest fan of the chilli spicy only because I thought it’d be more spicy (I have a high chilli tolerance, might be spicy for other people). The spicy beef fried rice is a very simple fried rice but I love it together with the wings. Customer service today was good as the guy serving was nice and could speak English well, although I know the service can be bad.
This Place is all about wings! And if you can handle the spice, like really really handle the spice! Only then you order the "Crazy "Wings"
I love the Garlic Wings and Honey Chilli ones! That have a huge variety of flavours to suit everyone taste buds.
Ordered the last 5 chicken wings from the chicken sections and it was something different that I have encountered. Even though I’m not from Melbourne but the chicken that I ate, made me want more. It was magical eating spicy chicken wings, it was worth the hype. Would like to come back and try more of the crazy wing x 10.

This place the food is good. The different varieties are wonderful when it comes to wing. The crazy wing itself is the hottest chicken wing to be tasted ever.
I went to this place as my friend recommended it. Tried many flavours of the wings but my favourites are honey spicy and spicy hot. My friend's favourite is crazy hot, I couldn't finish since it was really spicy until I cried (no lie). My favourites of other dishes are the chicken skin and ox toungue
Having all you can eat on Wednesday Night~ 🍻
Pretty pack, luckily I booked a table for 4 in advanced like 3-4 hours before👌🏻
Because its pretty pack and busy, we have to wait around 15 mins for the fried rice to come out. The fried rice is a lot~ i think enough for 2-3 person or even 4 lol. Then the beer come out like 5-10 minutes after. And the wings in 15-20 minutes. We have to ask for small plate and glass for drink for couple of times. So i will give the service 2.5/5!
We try the 'Honey Spicy' , 'BBQ Drumstick' , 'Delicious Curry' , 'Garlic Taste' , 'Lobster Sauce' , and 'Orleans Wings'. The honey spicy wings are sweet, you can taste the sweetness right away. However for the rest of the flavour i couldn't identify because they keep stack the wings so we cant remember which one is which one. At the end the flavour pretty much similar to one another 🤦🏻♀️ nevertheless i give the taste 3.5/5!
I try the crazy wings for the 2nd time~ it is not as bad as the first time. Because i can finish 2 chicken wings haha.
Overall it is a pleasant dinner :) really satisfied with the wings! 🙌🏻❤️
Love this place, amazing atmosphere and great prices. Questionable customer service and seating is a little tight. The wings are to die for though (seriously, you'll die if you have the Crazy Wings)

Food is great. Very tasty and satisfies your Asian food cravings. It reminded me of the Philippines and the street food there. Ambience just needs to cleared up in the front but other than that,
Super crazy hot!!!! The price is cheap. I was in tears and my nose start to be wet too! Interior design needs improvement, the place looks cheap and cheerful.
Crazy wing was referred to me by two colleagues who said that it served the hottest chicken wings (or the hottest food) they had ever ever had! One of them described it as needing a glass of milk to go along with the wings, the other said he had to run to the nearest quickie mart to buy a bottle of BIG M. Following on from these conversations, I was told "Why would you want to do this to yourself", "I couldn't taste anything for half a day", "My sinuses were flowing", and "Just don't".
Always up for a chilli challenge, we ventured down here at a Friday lunchtime. We entered a very yellow Chinese joint with bulb-lit photos of chicken wings and a photo of someone who had 20 (there is a youtube video dedicated to this legend). We got a menu and no explanation was provided. We quickly chose the "SPICY" chicken wings, the honey chicken wings, the ginger and pepper wings, and some other wings.
A stainless steel tray was put in front of us and we were provided four tiny plates.
Then came the skewers. The spicy chicken wings were dotted with some red chilli powder. And we all dug into it with our fingers. For a few moments, we felt the burn in our mouth, which then radiated into our ears, the restaurant felt like it was spinning and two of us got the shakes. The spiciness in my mouth quickly dissipated but the heart and stomach burn I am still experiencing almost 9 hours from my first bite. My colleague said that he definitely felt like he had burnt a hole in his stomach.
The chicken wings are really skewers. I did enjoy the honey chicken wings. They were sweet and spicy and my favourite. The rest just tasted like chicken wings with spice. The chicken quality is good and tender. The vegetarian options - i.e. stir fried leek with their famous red pepper powder, the mushrooms encased in tofu skewers or the coriander encased in some fried batter skewers were A-ok.
There is a $1 surcharge if you pay by card.
Don't think I need to go back for so much suffering and though I don't like fried chicken or chicken wings, these ones I did enjoy! :)
Really really good wings, however the venue is poorly maintained and looks like very unhygienic. Customer service was average. For what it is worth though was a good feed. Honey spice was the best value at 2 for 1 on Wednesdays.
Just one thing, dont dare to try the crazy wing.
Even for people who can handle spicy they won't be able to handle this crazy wing 😭😭😭.
So just try others flavour.
The fried rice is also good, it has smoke or burn smells that makes it delicious.
Suggestion: buy the promotion wing each day.
Crazy Wings for the Crazy Win! There is possibly a reason why this restaurant has stood the test of time and been around for... A decade? Been coming here for years and never dissapoint. Their bbq chicken wings, roasted meats, cold noodles in chilli oil and charcoal bread in honey are to die for. I personally am too afraid to go for their crazy wings despite numerous challenges, but aside from the hype of eating the hottest chicken wings in Melbourne, the rest of their food is genuinely good, so tuck in.
We had the all you can eat buffet upstairs, and instantly regretted it. There was not much of a selection of skewers - mostly gizzards and other Chinese delicacies. I recommend just ordering skewers and wings downstairs.
these legendary Crazy Wings have been talked about in the office so it was time to venture out & experience them for ourselves. Tried various wings, spicy honey, spicy pepper, curry .. Saving the crazy for last. One bite .. couldn't finish the rest. Great value and delicious wings, will definitely be back
Hot hot hot! In fact I would go as far as to say - Devil Hot! And one of the cheapest places to eat! Right in the heart of Melbourne CBD. What else could you ask for? Lots n lots of fluid to cool down the chilly. A must try if you like hot n spicy food. Just make sure you have that soda / soya ready next to you! Make sure to try the signature dish - Crazy Wing - indeed!
Craving for Bbq chicken wings and can't be bothered to get yourself dirty and make it yourself? Come to crazy wing and you won't regret. This place doesn't look inviting but the food is certainly good . Thanks to my friend who recommended it to me and I just can't help to go back for the second time within the same month. Love their original, spicy honey and new Orlean flavour. The lamb, chicken gizzard, pomfret, shitake mushroom are also good. The flavour are very similar as they use the same herbs in marinating. if u can't take any spicy food, then u must stay away from the evil crazy wing. Just one little touch of the chicken, my tears was out automatically and i felt like I was in hell. Excessive water drinking can't even save me. It was a good experience though.
Venue: average downtown Chinese restaurant u expect to see on the side street of Chinatown.
Food: had a few variety of chicken wings. Must say my favourite is honey spicy. Flavour and taste wise is nice to the palate. Though it wasn't spicy at all maybe it should just be honey chicken. Ofcourse we had to try the famous CRAZY WINGS. Lived up to its name zomg my mouth was literally on fire. Super super dooper spicy ask for extra serviettes! (To wipe the tears and runny nose)
Sweet potato and egg plant is a must try. Very sweet and tasty. The honey bun can give a miss. Nothing special wasn't even sweet just tasted like a heated up plain bun.
The place is somewhat filthy & service very bad. They make Chinese street style skewers. Flavors really nice & authentic, however crazy wing was the spiciest I every tasted. So now & then if needs settling someone I would take them there;) price reasonable. Good for casual dinning if u after...
It's all about the BBQ skewers here. You don't have to have chicken, there are skewers with single prawns, enoki mushroom, and oily eggplant for example. It's all a similar simple BBQ flavour, which lacks any real complexity.
Each day there is a different 2-for-1 deal on the BBQ chicken wings. The original flavour has a tiny touch of spice, so if you don't like spicy, go for the garlic wings or one of the other flavours. If however you do like spice, try the crazy wing challenge :-) It's a slow heat, that takes its time to hit you, slowly raising through your face until steam comes out the top of your head like a cartoon character. 1.5 crazy wing skewers and my limit was reached, with the aftertaste lingering for the rest of the day. It's not the world's most amazing flavour experience, but in terms of fun, I recommend it. I won't forget it quickly, nor will my colleagues who laughed through my pain and tears :-)
While their "crazy wings" are a gimmick that pulls in the late night crowd wanting a funny challenge, they genuinely have a great selection of BBQ items that are delicious. You don't come here expecting great service - you get seated, you fill out an order form, your food arrives, you pay at the cash register.
Only thing is, this time hasn't been as good as when I came here over a year ago. Their exhaust fan needs work done because the whole place was smokey and it even made me cough. Also their soup (gada tang) is made completely differently now, runny and with no flavour whatsoever.
The spicy wings are good and love the buy one get one free event. The beef and lamb are awesome. Love it more than the wings
Crazy Wings is more of a gimmick to the youth of Melbourne.
When they say their wings are spicy, they truly mean it - they sell their wings with a warning because they are very high in the Scoville range.
If you are and your mates are up for a challenge, or just REALLY love spicy food, this is the place for you.
... just... bring a milk carton or something with you.
Most spiciest wing I have ever had! Needed to take away those wings to home and washed them with hot water twice and still tasted spicy, authentic chinese skewers yum
I initially tried this place out when they were newly opened and had all the 'buy one wing get the other free' specials! It is definitely not a let down. The very large variety so it caters for even picky eaters and a great diy ordering system where food is brought out at a ridiculously fast pace. If you love chicken this is the place to be!
you will either love it or hate it! as for me i love this place.
Beware though, the signature dish "crazy wings" is not for the faint of heart & when they say its spicy, it is spicy as hell. the range of BBQ chicken wings there is awesome, and im a fan of their veggies range as well, the BBQ mushrooms there are a must try!! dont forget to grab a soy milk while u r there as it is the best way to wash down your spicy dishes.
on the down side, staff could be a bit more friendly and better at communicating with the non Chinese speaking customers, as for me personally i dont care as im not here to talk, im here to shove some wings on my face!!!
see u guys soon again!!
ps. look out for the specials each day
Loved this place! They have amazing spicy and smoky grilled skewers. Be careful if you're not used to hot food, cause some of the items are fiery. I'm a massive fan of fiery food, but I almost couldn't handle their spiciest wing (had to order some soy milk to deal with the pain). I also recommend the vinegar noodles.
We love the wings here! Two wings per skewer, make sure you try whatever is buy one, get one free on whatever day you're there. I like original or garlic, they aren't super spicy, but you can taste the spices used on them, plus the grilled flavour!

Sorry for the poor quality photos, I don't know what was wrong with my phone. Regardless, this place is a tradition to me, I have taken my Sydney friends here as well as Melbourne friends. Trying their infamous crazy wings is just something you have to do, but be warned you will need a whole bottle of milk, unless you are like some of my friends who have no pain receptors in their tongue.
The honey spicy wings were so good!! I wish we ordered more of this flavour, all their skewers were pretty tasty 😋 crazy wing is famous for their spicy challenge. So, if you are up to this fun challenge, go ahead but don’t forget to grab some drink/milk before you started
The bread rolls are so basic but honestly my favourite but the chicken and pork skewers are really good too. Personally wasnt a huge fan of beef one. Decently priced meal.
Was good. I am a big fan of eating Lamb skewer. I tried the other restaurants several times, but not really good. This restaurant has so yummy lamb skewer! However, the bad thing was oil on the side of water bottle.
One of the best skewers in Melbourne CBD. So happy it's back! Try the crazy wing and make sure you have some milk nearby!!!
