I have been to this Starbucks multiple times. The staff don’t seem to care at all. They often seem angry and frustrated. I order the same drink each time I come and they are not consistent with the quality. Very disappointing as a regular Starbucks customer.
Terrible customer service. I was served by a staff member named EM, and her face was even colder than my ice blended coffee. All she asked me was “Size? Cream? Name?” Unbelievable!
I occasionally get my coffees from here, because they are one of the few establishments in Melbourne that actually serve a decent filtered coffee that is hot and strong every time I order it.
Note: If you order filter coffee during the evening it will take about 4 minutes for them to brew a new bat
