Good eat. Very comfy seats, not very crowded. Good location to spend time with friends.
When it comes to noodle soup, you know Dainty does it right.
We came here for a quick lunch during shopping and tried their beef brisket noodle soup and it was good. Really enjoyed the broth and the texture of the noodles.
Will need to be back to try the other options on their menu
Spicy beef noodles is good, recently a little less spicy guess is better for someone not very good with spicy. Spicy meat combination is my favor, spicy green bean jelly noodles also good.
Spicy chicken in chilli oil is too much bone, not much meat; stew pork chitterlings are too expensive, it wasn't that much in a serve

Had a couple of “snack” dishes from this branch of Dainty Sichuan between spells of shopping. And what great snacks these are. We had their “meat” skewers and jelly noodles in chilli oil. Both were a little messy, super spicy, probably not very healthy, but delightfully tasty and great snacks all the same. Prices were super reasonable too. My new go to place for a spicy snack in Chaddy.
My favourite place for the hot noodle soup. The chilli chicken here is amazing if you like that spice in your mouth. Noodle Express is another offshoot of Dainty Sichuan, and here you can get your spicy fix satisfied quick and easy. As the name suggests, noodle is the star here, along with a selection of entrees and desserts to keep things interesting.
I’ve been here a couple of time and this time I’ve come to try their new cold noodle which is super tasty. They also do a great drink selection which is great for summer

Try: spicy stewed beef noodles
It's not as spicy as you imagine - more of a tingle from the crushed sichuan peppers used in the soup. It is rich in flavour and packed with various spices, however maybe slightly on the salty side.
That beef though, is cooked slowly for hours in a master pot and is super tender.
Don't be afraid to try this style of Chinese, as it's loved by many.

Can never resist getting a bowl of spicy beef noodles whenever we pass! The beef noodle soup, rated 3 chillies on the spice level, is a good amount without being overly spicy. The broth is extremely flavourful, the beef is tender, and the noodles are perfectly cooked. The only thing is that it does take a while for the food to come out, but maybe this is because we were there during lunch time peak hour.
Noodles here are a bit oily and rich but I just love the cuisine! The spice levels are what I always crave for . My go to noodles are the beef brisket noodles in the numbing chilli soup
It's a rare thing for me to actually look forward to eating at a particular shopping centre foodcourt outlet in Australia. Dainty Sichuan has lifted the bar with this nifty noodle kiosk, in providing tasty noodle dishes, in good portions, as part of a large and varied menu. I highly recommend the chicken and mushroom noodle soup--it's a great alternative to the myriad of spicy dishes, and I daresay is the best dish they serve. This place, for what it is, is very enjoyable
There are lots of choices in the Chaddy food courts but I always seem to gravitate towards this joint.
I'm a sucker for chilli foods even though it leaves me with severe reflux or worse! But like a dog with a ball I come back.
My usual go to dishes are the wontons in spicy soup, wonton in Szechuan pepper spicy soup, wontons in sour soup, spicy lamb rib and noodles, pork ear in chilli oil and cold jelly bean noodles.
Today I discovered the wontons with pickles in chicken soup. It's got a bit of heat but enough to keep you coming back for more and not regretting it later. This is easily my favourite dish.
Had the spicy potato noodles and was very good to me. Flavours was good and it wasn't too spicy. Would come back to try other dishes when I'm in the area.
My all time favourite noodle, been coming here once every two weeks since they open, the staffs even know what I want and what level spiciness I like. The best place for having a quick meal.
2 dishes I always go back for: their noodles with fish and pickled veggies and their spicy cold chicken with cold noodles. The spice packs a punch in their dishes and the food is flavourful. The pickles in the fish noodles are moriesh and appetizing. I keep going back for more especially in cold weather.
Been here many times and the noodles are delicious. Can be spicy and numbing depending on what you have chosen. The duck noodle is good, slight sour from the preserve vegetables.
The cold noodle is good too. Recently they have added more dishes such as the dumplings.
The beef and chicken skewers are good addition to any noodle dishes.
I ordered the spicy wonton soup and it was extremely delicious. So flavourful and authentic tasting, I instantly fell in love. The wontons were nicely made and not overcooked. It is not incredibly spicy either, just the familiar numbing feeling of the sichuan peppers which gradually build to a numbing pain at the end of the meal. Well worth the money for the serving size and taste.
Got the spicy beef noodles. The noodles were delicious however the beef was a bit dry. The soup itself could of been hotter and the dish is pretty spicy! Personally I prefer the emporium store a bit more.
Good ol Dainty Sichuan at chadstone SC. always love a warm bowl of noodles on a wintery day. Been here a few times and I have enjoyed my bowl of noodles. The flavour was on point every single time! Would definitely go back for more!
The traditional Sichuan style cooking is always with lots of red chili oil on surface. When Chinese chefs cooking the chili oil, they put a lot of different type of herbs in the oil to give the taste n aroma to the oil. When you take the food from the bottom, the food will get coated by the chili oil n this is a essential process to give the unique flavor to the food. Some people like it, some people hate it. If you are a spicy food lover and you don't mind to have something looks oily, this is a must try place in Chaddy. This restaurant is one of the most similar taste restaurant as I tried in Sichuan, China. Love their cold spicy skewers n noodles.
Pleasantly surprised in this place... fast efficient service delivering a good menu well priced. The best thing was the flavour and chilli rating. So well cooked

Much yummier than expected! Ordered the pork meatballs in tomato soup with noodles for takeaway. The noodles were perfect combination of springy but not too chewy, really nice texture and good quality. The tomato broth was flavourful without being too overpowering and there were real tomatoes inside. The meatballs were delicious fresh, made out of good quality meat. May seem a bit for food court, but so worth it. Loved their quail eggs too! I'm a fan, will be back 😊
Tasty noodles here, but always seem to get a headache after eating their noodles for some reason, not sure why. Price is a little steep for a food court dish although serving is quite large. Would probably rather go to Tina's noodles which I heard is run by the same group and is slightly cheaper, but both equally good noodle soup dishes.
So glad Dainty has made its way to this side of town! Had the chicken with mushroom noodles - flavourful and tender chicken. Noodles were superb as well. Service is what you'd expect from a food court.
We had dinner here couple of weeks ago and since then, I just couldnt wait to come back. The soup is just so clean and tasty, noodle itself is very al dente just perfect texture!!! Veggie is quite generous and the portion is big! I orderred stewed porkbelly noodle, for the price $14.80 its so worth it!!!! Even my baby loves it too.. The only let down is the seat at Chaddy food court is very limited! For a food joint this good, I think they deserve a better place in the shopping centre 👍👍👍
Spicy stewed beef noodles are da bomb. Service is efficient but impersonal, but I'm not here for the service. Some complain about prices but I'd rather pay a few dollars more for a bowl of noodle soup than pay less and get something mediocre.
Have always been a fan of the Dainty Sichuan franchise and can not stop raving about it to family and friends. Yes, some may find the food served here extremely spicy but rest assured, there are non-spicy options available!. Another one of my favourite places to head to is Chadstone shopping mall and now that the renovation is 90% complete, I am glad to know that there are a lot more dining options for customers, something much needed.
Located in the newly reopened food court of Chadstone, this place serves up delicious bowls of spicy Szechuan style noodles. Definitely give the spicy stewed beef noodles a try. Also had the spicy beef skewers and spicy chicken. Very long queues at present.
I love this restaurant. I've tried almost everything on menu except dessert and beef dishes. Staff are very organised and prompt in serving. As this restaurant is located in food court, you'll need to carry your own order to your seat.
Please get the Chilli Chicken noodles back. They were the best.

We had the noodle with fish flavoured eggplants, Chongqing spicy noodles with pork chitterlings and Sichuan cold noodles. All the noodles were cooked to perfection - chewy, yet with a firm bite. The fish flavoured eggplants was the most flavourful of the bunch, and it's not hard to see why with its bold and rich flavours. The pork chitterlings noodle had a nice kick to it, but could do with a bit more depth. I love the cold noodles too, somewhat acting as a palate cleanser between bites.
We also tried the veggie combination skewers in chilli oil. A good option for a snack, and to curb those chilli cravings.
Despite stuffing my face with all the noodles, I still ordered desserts to share. The fried pumpkin cake and chilled jelly with fruits and peanuts were a perfect sweet ending to the meal. The former had a beautiful golden crunch to it, belying the softness inside, while the latter was incredibly refreshing and light, cutting through the heaviness of the carb and chilli-laden meal.
Also refreshing were the beverages - strawberry oolong, pineapple oolong and fresh watermelon juice. Definitely a great pairing to the meal.
