Food is nice, and price quite affordable. I wish the food wont be really salty next time because its quite over salty. But, overall. Its really great for those who like Asian’s food :) Would come back to try the food, again.
Great value for food I’d say. They do these daily specials too from their menu and it keeps changing to encourage you to try something new each time. Definitely a plus for the complimentary soup and tea!

This new restaurant sits amongst the Korean restaurant around. They serve Chinese food and you choose either having mains or on rice dishes. Portion is very generous but the overall dish is pretty average. If you're looking for cheap filling meal this would suit you. Service is great and friendly, they gave us free soup and watermelons after.
Cute family run place with genuine Cantonese food. As someone from Hong Kong, it’s very comforting to eat the food here. Recommend for lunch and dinner, but can also have a restaurant style shared dinner. Reasonably priced too. This place is gonna be a regular.
I’m giving this place a 5 stars like other recent reviews for this little gem! I just discovered this cute Chinese restaurant and honestly it deserves more praise than having a 3 stars.
The staff are friendly and nice. Unlike other Chinese bbq restaurants that yells at you and don’t really give a fudge about your experience... when we got here the place was packed with people keep coming and waiting in line. The lady who works there assured we will be seated soon and set up some table and chairs for us and other customers. She kept coming out and apologized even though it was only few minutes. She brought our food to us and the young guy who works on the bbq chopping and cutting the meat was also very nice...
The food is honestly the best, the bbq meat were as good as some ridiculously expensive Chinese restaurant. The sweet and sour pork is to die for. Everything else everyone ordered looks so good and everyone was happy as!
Food: 4.5/5
Service: 4/5j
Ambience: 2.5/5
Overall I give it a 5 stars because for what it is and compared to other similar restaurants it really deserve a 5/5. And this place needs a boost!
Ever since this place had opened I have been a regular.
This is a genuine family run restaurant with a love and passion for food. The most unique thing about the restaurant is the unique flavours in each dish. No two dishes taste the same which is something I never experienced at a place.
The menu is quiet large and they have a great dinner menu also. I promise you whatever you get you won't be disappointed. In my time in malaysia I fell in love with the roast pork Peking duck and soy chicken. I can eat these breakfast lunch and dinner and this place replicates those flavors from malaysia.
They also have some other favorites from malaysia like the ba ku teh which was amazing. I can go on and on about this place.
What also stands out to me is some Chinese dishes I have never been able to try before. I tried some unique tasting food that was as authentic as they come.
I could jot reccomend this place more highly. There is a lot of Korean competition in the area but if you ever have a Chinese craving come here. Its the real deal.
I have been there many times with my family, and we absolutely love the food there, especially the fresh seafood with reasonable price as well as the great services. There is also a variety of roast meat, seafood and rice/noodles dishes that we've been trying something different everytime we went there. It is just so good that the restaurant opens in this area.
If you are looking for something to eat nearby, you must not miss out this restaurant and it's amazing food!
I work near by and have been to Tao's a couple of times for lunch.
I was very very impressed with my experience there and the food was great! My work colleagues have also been here and have said the same thing.
As soon as you step into the restaurant you are greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Whilst I was waiting for my takeaway meal, I was offered a bowl of prawn crackers to eat whilst I waited.
They also had a 10% off opening special which was great too.
I highly recommend you try Tao's if you already haven't.
