I think this is the only Café open on Sunday in Dockland, we have visited this place this morning due to we couldn’t find any open shop, however it surprised us! We ordered Margarita pizza, iced mocha, scrambled egg croissant and iced chocolate.
Pizza is good, crispy base which I love, but Selina thought the scrambled egg has been put to much butter.
Coffee is great.
This little unassuming cafe in Docklands offers some really good breakfast and lunch options if you’re around the area. Their sandwiches in particular are especially delicious.
We’ve had the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and the Scrambled Egg & Smoked Salmon Croissant - both were made with high quality ingredients that were combined well, which added some subtly pleasant flavours to what is normally considered pretty standard food.
The service is also quite good but the environment is a bit cramped. Overall, Billy Barista is definitely above par.

I recommend the philly cheese steak sandwich... but make sure you eat it while its hot. mine cooled down and the bread becomes too hard and bit tough to chew!
but their coffee is not that hot!
I would come back for the sandwich again!

I would rate this place 10* if I could, It’s an amazing little cafe. Everything about Billy Barista is perfect, The staff are always so happy and friendly. The Food is always cooked to perfection and it’s delicious! You won’t find a more ‘perfect cup of coffee’ anywhere else in Melbourne! Best eggs on toast in Melbourne! Staff are amazing and so friendly! Cute little cafe just at the end of the docklands. Coffee is so good and I love the green tea matcha 😍
If you want some decent coffee, this is the right place to go. The staff are super nice and food is well served both in quantity and quality.
I had lunch here the other day. Cafe had a nice ambience; simple decor and kept very clean. I received great service and very yummy food. Would recommend their pizzas.

Absolutely good spot to hang out with friends and your family. Love the coffee and food there . Especially the pizza . One of my favourite food in the shop. Not only love the coffee but also the barista there , very Friendly, nice guy . Will come back for next time in Dockland.

Bily Barista in Docklands is a small and tucked away cafe. The presentation and fit out is fairly minimalist and somewhat cute. I visited several times for the drinks. The iced coffee and iced chocolate was very waterish and lacked genuine flavour. The presentation was also poor. The flat white however was amazing as was the customer service.
First time wen i had herb and garlic cheese flatbread it was sooo yummy that it melted in mouth bt the second time when i had the same it was dry n rough coz nowadays they prepare the base beforehand and once order has been placed they jus put the toppings n place in oven n give us.

A great place for coffee, sandwiches. The roast chicken sandwich is full of flavour (thyme), and the bread nicely grilled.
This a great cafe shop with very very very nice & warmhearted people.
When I was trying to look for my lost dog, they has no hesitation to help me.
Also, tastes of the coffee is not bad.
