Review Cafenatics - Melbourne

Martin
Solid coffee here and really good quick food. Close to or maybe the best muffin I have had from a cafe anyway. Light texture and with real flavour. Brioche breakfast roll was great also but maybe a little small, probably because it was so delicious. Great friendly staff on the day I visited.

Awesome wraps, paninis, toasties, awesome coffee, awesome people. Went there for lunch everyday for a week while in Melbourne

This place is fantastic. I live just next door and come here all the time. Not only do they know my name and my drink(s) but their coffee is fab and their sandwiches are phenomenal. They are one of the best parts of my morning commute. I will be a loyal customer for a long time!

Was great coffee. My only 5 stars this week. The cute little banana was great. Not too sweet and too large either. Will definately get my coffee from here if in the area.

I really enjoyed the coffee from here. They served me very quickly and were attentive. Able to serve many people at the same time and still produce great coffee. They have a selection of beans and styles.

One star, possibly zero starts for not displaying the prices. Got Charged $6.50 for a croissant which it was not even fresh as it was hard to chew. I haven't tried the coffee but I guess it is good; probably they charge $10 for it.

Amazing wraps and sandwiches. I am in town for a couple of weeks and have ended up having the wraps for lunch on most days. They are always fresh and portioned well. It also seems healthy which is always a plus as well. Definitely recommend trying this place.

Pretty average coffee for the venue name. The food made up for the very average coffee.

Came here before, food is good and coffee is good. But today the lady in the front serving was very rude, no smile and the attitude is unpleasant. Don’t think I’ll go back, don’t want to let her attitude to ruin my mornings anymore.

Cafenatics is convenient, the staff are friendly, and the breakfastt sandwiches tasty. Unfortunately, the coffee is very weak. I was hoping this was a one-off, but I’ve been a dozen times now and every time the coffee has tasted like warm milk. Shame.

I was at Southbank this morning so I called in here for a coffee as I haven't had a coffee from cafenatics for a while.

The service was really nice from a friendly lady.

My strong skinny latte was alright. Not much froth on top, and I got the impression that this place churns the coffees out.

Anyway I got my morning caffeine hit haha and I was ready to get into my day! Happy Friday everyone 😊

Always really really busy - great coffee and service. Definitely the busiest outlet for coffee in Freshwater Place. Love the coffee cup design to 👍. Lots of takeaway lunch options full of yummy flavours. A little pricey but I will be back to try more.

Great coffee (it doesnt matter who is the coffee maker, it always taste good consistently) and mostly the service is always great! By far the busiest coffee place in freshwater place area, always queue-ing there!

Consistently good coffee, if you're happy to wait a little longer than some of the other places around. Also good selection of sandwiches for lunch.

The place is always packed be it during Morning rush or during Lunch. The Coffee in itself is Good, although the prices are a bit higher than the rest of the places but i think it comes to you how comfortable you are paying that much extra for a good coffee. The food combo with a Small coffee is on the pricier side as well but it is good as well.

Finally found a flat white ☕️ I like at work place after trying like ten different coffeeshops nearby. It will be that and brioche everyday til I am bored or find something better ☕️🍴

Good quality baguettes and panini. Hot choc and iced choc a fav. Popular at lunchtime and early morning esp around 9. Quick and friendly service.

Love it-good coffee and lovely staff (of the quirky variety). Always my 'go to' when I'm in need of a takeaway during my regular meditative Yarra river strolls.
Coffee Hunter
Well worth it.. As a regular to Cafenetics the coffee is always the same great quality. At $4.50 it would seem expensive to some, that's the price you pay for good coffee.
Foodninja
Good coffee. Good coffee for the area. The sandwiches are generally good too but could do with a change of variety. Will be back

Love the coffee but where is Sam? Miss you :-(
Coffeeperson
Review. What is this Melbourne obsession with luke-warm coffee eh? eh?
Coffeeperson02
Sam is the best... I love the fact there is decent coffee in southbank and their heaters make the wind tunnel bearable. The fact Sam sings at the top of his lungs and clearly enjoys his job and chatting to the regulars makes it enjoyable. The coffee too is the right temperature and milk is silky like it should be
Alex
If you enjoy standing in a concrete wind tunnel for 20 minutes while you wait for a coffee, then this is the place for you!
