Ice cream makes most people happy and Ben & Jerry's is very good at delivering happy ice cream. I like their flavour range and they taste way better than Sorbet. I give this place 4 bears
Everyone wants to try something new and different. So one of the reason I love this ice cream the flavours satisfy, with lots of options and vegan friendly.
Decided to head to Ben & Jerry’s for some ice cream in the afternoon. This store can get pretty busy with it’s convenient location just off Swanston St.
The staff here are super friendly and patient, and they let you try the flavours too! After testing multiple flavours (all of which were delicious so it was a hard to decide), I settled on ‘A Cookie Affair’. It was sweet, indulgent and the portion was very generous! I loved the waffle cone as well!
A very good ice cream experience, and I will definitely be coming back! Worth checking out if you’re in the city!
Been loving this ice cream brand since I was still a kid in Singapore. One of the best I’ve ever tried. Can buy a tub and just Netflix and chill. Must try those flavours where there is either brownie, cheesecake or dough. Taste like heaven in your mouth.
Tried the vegan coconut almond fudge flavour. It wasn't the best vegan ice cream I've had and the fudge chunks could be more generous, but it was pretty good. Scoop size was alright but it was given to me nearly falling off the cone. The venue was busy but still not an excuse to justify such precarious placement. Might stick with buying my own pints to scoop at home from now on.

It’s a small take away outlet near Swanston st. The flavours of be and Jerry are no wonder great. But we had the cookie Sunday, with layers of two flavoured ice cream, cookies, cream, sauce.
Had the Entertainment Book buy one get one free voucher. Wow the scoope and the cone was divine. Massive sugar overload! Too big to finish. Love all the flavours!
I was on the prowl today for many deserts how could you walk past here at such a central location. My ever dreamy chocolate chip cookie dough went down a treat, oh my it's a taste of heaven however very rich for me hence why I ordered 1 scoop at a very expensive price. They need to lower the prices on their whole menu the pricing is quite ridiculous on every item.
Huge fan of B&Js as I called it. Quick service well priced and neatly scooped. Im a slow eater but i finished this icecream so quick as it was just that damn good 😋
Ben and Jerry’s is probably my favourite brand of ice cream. Not only is it delicious but they also have a social conscience. I recently went into their Swanston St store just to get a normal ice cream and walked out with one of their amazing chocolate sundays! It was choc full of creamy ice cream, chocolate topping and rich pieces of brownie throughout. I shared it with my friend and by the end we were fighting over the next bite. I’d say ice cream is the perfect accompaniment to a sunny day but the truth is I would and do eat it all year round. Do yourself a favour the next time you’re in the area grab yourself a sunday!
I enjoy ice cream but I don't really crave for ice cream ... except if it's Ben & Jerry's (and sometimes Messina)! What I love the most is their flavours. Anything with cookie dough or chocolate fudge brownie has my vote. This is the Jimmy Fallon's The Tonight Dough which has some of my favourite things including peanut butter, cookie dough, chocolate and chocolate chip. Staff is efficient here and there are a lot of choices. My only negative is that I didn't see any seating options.
Ordered a double scoop in a cup. Had the strawberry cheesecake and chocolate chip cookie dough...... expensive but very very tasty ice cream.
Not your cheapest ice cream but always big in flavour, scoops and variety. Love their cones which is a dessert in itself. Ben & Jerry’s never fails to deliver and is always a popular choice.

Compare to the other ice cream shop in town this one will a lil bit pricey, but the taste is worth the price.

Not fancy looking but taste amazing ! I tried this brand 10 years ago back in the US. And I have been craving it ! Now they have it in melbourne cbd. This brand has never disappointed me ! Love the cookie dough in the ice cream 🤤
This place is heaven especially on a hot summer day! I love the variety of ice cream. This place is definitely worth a visit. Wait staff are obliging and patient whenever you asked for a sample prior to your purchase.
Finally I tried it. After years of wait and want, at last I did. Well the wait was worth it. My picks are the choco brownie and the cookie dough flavours. Important tip: never try a single scoop. Coz you will always crave for more, I went for the hand packed box. So should you.
Came here because of the Groupon deal, otherwise probably too expensive. This is the place to go if you like chocolate ice cream as there are many varieties of chocolate ice creams. If you like sorbet, then there is only 1, the berry sorbet. The cone is tasty, but it costs more than the cup.
Slightly pricy, but I can never stay away from chocolate fudge brownie. I always get it in the cone, it's crunchy and perfect. The staff were really efficient, and the flavours available were endless.

You can never go wrong with Ben and jerry's ice cream. This shop literally opens out to the street so there is no seating. Ice cream selection is fantastic. Enthusiastic staff and efficient service
What made my experience so great was the professionalism of the staff. They patiently take you through the flavours. It's pretty much like a journey of discovering your favourite flavours.
I truly enjoy my ice cream experience. It tastes great and such a fine compliment to finish off my dinner or to wind down after a hard day at work.

We never knew this place existed!! It was really busy but despite the crowds we wanted to check out the flavours (we usually buy tubs from 7 Eleven which only have a few at a time). We were greeted by a big smile from Abdul and had his undivided attention the whole time. He even went out of his way to let us try the flavours and in the end we both got two scoops each. Very impressed by the service and ice cream, thank you! This will definitely be our go-to ice cream place now
Its a convenient location ice-cream shop that's very close to Flinders street station. I had their maple belgium waffle with coffee & dark chocolate flavour. The combinations was amazing and not too sweet, perfect for spoiling myself and my bf! Next time will definitely try the sorbet!

What's not to love about Ben & Jerry's - the icecream is consistently excellent. I just wish this store had more flavours that didn't involve chocolate - as I'm not a huge fan of chocolate icecream, there weren't many flavours that grabbed my attention. As we had an entertainment book deal, we each had the double-scoop in a choc-dipped waffle cone. The cone itself was great but the chocolate they use to dip it in reminded me of confectioners cooking chocolate - not a fan. The serve is enormous (too big really) so I guess if you are paying $9 you feel you are getting your money's worth. There isn't any seating here but fed square is a short walk away so you can sit and enjoy.
Ahh..Ben & Jerry's, very rarely disappoints. I got my usual cookies and cream but before that I tried several other flavours that they had on offer. Service was friendly and quick. They really encourage you to try before you buy. It was also good that they had several staff members despite the small shop. Thumbs up !
There is a new Ben and Jerry's in the city and I really liked it. Ben and Jerry's is a US ice cream brand which has been in Australia for many years. Students from Asian countries such as China might not have had it so they don't know that they have about 20-30 different flavours. Their tubs are a little bit exy but the taste is mind blowing.
I love ben n jerry's ice cream! All chocolates flavour is very flavoursome! It tastes very rich, In my opinion is the yummiest ice cream and definitely my favourite amongst all of the ice cream brand!
This branch is opened at a very convenient location close to the flinder's street station. They were very kind to have a free ice cream give out day for one day and I had tried a few tastes of them. Plenty of choices to chose from and all of them were quite nice. Service was super efficient and nice.
Most of the Ben & Jerry’s flavours were dessert based like cookies, brownies, fudge, caramel etc. I picked a random chocolate flavour and strawberry cheesecake to break it up a bit, and chose a chocolate dipped cone because I succumbed to the novelty. I find it actually distracted from the ice cream itself. Chocolate flavours were quite ordinary, strawberry cheesecake had some tartness to it. I could’ve bought a proper tub with a few extra dollars, there was some cookie dough flavour I liked. The staff were highly engaging and encouarged passerbys to sample. Especially Abdul who really wanted to be in the photo with my ice cream so I had to oblige. #abdulflinders
I had not yet had dessert and the inviting glow of BEN&JERRY'S made me temporarily forget all other plans and concerns.
The salted caramel blondie and chocolate fudge brownie both looked good. But I was wrong. They were magnificent!

One of the few places you can get a gooood ice cream in Melbourne. The iced creams are towards the sweeter side. So, it's a good one for those with sweet tooth.
Btw, they sell ice cream flavoured lip balms too!
They sell a great range of Ben and Jerry's favourites. The vegan ice cream is really nice as well.
