We visited this store today and they had a new flavour of ice cream chewy gooey cookie. We wanted to try this flavour for the brownie special which is $9.90, when I asked the guys for a taste of this new favour he said they don’t do tasting any more . So we decided to pick our normal ice cream choice and he served us the worst brownie special with a ton of chocolate sauce in the glass. He had all the brownie placed at the bottom of the cup with ton of the chocolate sauce.

I went there around 8:30pm, and the 3 girls that were working there, were ignoring all the customers that were wanting to order, meanwhile here they are talking to one another about boys and what should they do for about 5 minutes….. Ice cream makes most people happy and Ben & Jerry's is very good at delivering happy ice cream. I like their flavour range and they taste way better than Sorbet. Korean dishes contain a lot of garlic & chili, and consuming B&J’s ice cream is a great way to clean taste buds.

One of the few places you can get a gooood ice cream in Melbourne. The iced creams are towards the sweeter side. So, it's a good one for those with sweet tooth.

It is great to find some Ben & Jerry ice cream in the city. I love to try out different flavours you can’t buy from stores. <br/><br/>The staff serving me was really nice. Although the display does not look appealing and the price are quite high, the flavours of ice creams are delicious. I love the strawberry cheesecake and the coffee buzz buzz, as well as their vegan flavours.

Decided to head to Ben & Jerry’s for some ice cream in the afternoon. This store can get pretty busy with it’s convenient location just off Swanston St.<br/><br/>The staff here are super friendly and patient, and they let you try the flavours too! After testing multiple flavours (all of which were delicious so it was a hard to decide), I settled on ‘A Cookie Affair’. It was sweet, indulgent and the portion was very generous! I loved the waffle cone as well!<br/><br/>A very good ice cream experience, and I will definitely be coming back! Worth checking out if you’re in the city!

Been loving this ice cream brand since I was still a kid in Singapore. One of the best I’ve ever tried. Can buy a tub and just Netflix and chill. Must try those flavours where there is either brownie, cheesecake or dough. Taste like heaven in your mouth.

Tried the vegan coconut almond fudge flavour. It wasn't the best vegan ice cream I've had and the fudge chunks could be more generous, but it was pretty good. Scoop size was alright but it was given to me nearly falling off the cone. The venue was busy but still not an excuse to justify such precarious placement. Might stick with buying my own pints to scoop at home from now on.

I was on the prowl today for many deserts how could you walk past here at such a central location. My ever dreamy chocolate chip cookie dough went down a treat, oh my it's a taste of heaven however very rich for me hence why I ordered 1 scoop at a very expensive price. They need to lower the prices on their whole menu the pricing is quite ridiculous on every item.

Ben and Jerry’s is probably my favourite brand of ice cream. Not only is it delicious but they also have a social conscience. I recently went into their Swanston St store just to get a normal ice cream and walked out with one of their amazing chocolate sundays! It was choc full of creamy ice cream, chocolate topping and rich pieces of brownie throughout. I shared it with my friend and by the end we were fighting over the next bite. I’d say ice cream is the perfect accompaniment to a sunny day but the truth is I would and do eat it all year round. Do yourself a favour the next time you’re in the area grab yourself a sunday!

I keep forgetting this place is here, because it's kind of tucked away around the corner of Swanston St.<br/>For me, it's very American, over the top, throw everything into each flavour. <br/>The chocolate fudge brownie is deepy choc-lately obviously, and will satisfy your craving.<br/>Good location, give it a go if you haven't tried and have been living under a rock for 10 years.

Coming from Canada, where Ben and Jerry's isnt that big of a deal, I was wondering if it would taste any different here since my Australian friends seem to be very into it! <br/><br/>I had their strawberry cheesecake and was a bit disappointed with the outcome. The ice cream itself was creamy and not icy, the way ice cream should be, but the flavour was definitely not what I wanted. Subtle cheesecake flavours and minimal strawberry chunks/ flavour in my scoop. Since it is cheesecake, I would've liked more graham cracker mixed in it as well. From my other experiences with other ice cream parlors, or even other tubs of ice cream we can get at supermarkets, I dont think I will pay the price for a scoop at Ben and Jerry's.

I enjoy ice cream but I don't really crave for ice cream ... except if it's Ben & Jerry's (and sometimes Messina)! What I love the most is their flavours. Anything with cookie dough or chocolate fudge brownie has my vote. This is the Jimmy Fallon's The Tonight Dough which has some of my favourite things including peanut butter, cookie dough, chocolate and chocolate chip. Staff is efficient here and there are a lot of choices. My only negative is that I didn't see any seating options.

Came here because of the Groupon deal, otherwise probably too expensive. This is the place to go if you like chocolate ice cream as there are many varieties of chocolate ice creams. If you like sorbet, then there is only 1, the berry sorbet. The cone is tasty, but it costs more than the cup.

We never knew this place existed!! It was really busy but despite the crowds we wanted to check out the flavours (we usually buy tubs from 7 Eleven which only have a few at a time). We were greeted by a big smile from Abdul and had his undivided attention the whole time. He even went out of his way to let us try the flavours and in the end we both got two scoops each. Very impressed by the service and ice cream, thank you! This will definitely be our go-to ice cream place now

Its a convenient location ice-cream shop that's very close to Flinders street station. I had their maple belgium waffle with coffee & dark chocolate flavour. The combinations was amazing and not too sweet, perfect for spoiling myself and my bf! Next time will definitely try the sorbet!

What's not to love about Ben & Jerry's - the icecream is consistently excellent. I just wish this store had more flavours that didn't involve chocolate - as I'm not a huge fan of chocolate icecream, there weren't many flavours that grabbed my attention. As we had an entertainment book deal, we each had the double-scoop in a choc-dipped waffle cone. The cone itself was great but the chocolate they use to dip it in reminded me of confectioners cooking chocolate - not a fan. The serve is enormous (too big really) so I guess if you are paying $9 you feel you are getting your money's worth. There isn't any seating here but fed square is a short walk away so you can sit and enjoy.

Wow - it's fairly intense! So sugary and filling after a big meal. Had the sundae with cookies and really can't complain. The young fella with the mustache working there also deserves a shoutout for his impeccable customer service!

Ahh..Ben & Jerry's, very rarely disappoints. I got my usual cookies and cream but before that I tried several other flavours that they had on offer. Service was friendly and quick. They really encourage you to try before you buy. It was also good that they had several staff members despite the small shop. Thumbs up !

I asked for the fudge sundae but the girl behind the counter told me I could have a brownie sundae for only 50c more. I wish I hadn't..I'd expected a few pieces of brownie but what I got was a brownie shoved into a container with hardly any of the ice cream I'd asked for, and more brownie crammed on top. It was quite disappointing and the brownie was so sickly sweet that I didn't end up finishing it. I wouldn't recommend.

There is a new Ben and Jerry's in the city and I really liked it. Ben and Jerry's is a US ice cream brand which has been in Australia for many years. Students from Asian countries such as China might not have had it so they don't know that they have about 20-30 different flavours. Their tubs are a little bit exy but the taste is mind blowing.

This branch is opened at a very convenient location close to the flinder's street station. They were very kind to have a free ice cream give out day for one day and I had tried a few tastes of them. Plenty of choices to chose from and all of them were quite nice. Service was super efficient and nice.

Most of the Ben & Jerry’s flavours were dessert based like cookies, brownies, fudge, caramel etc. I picked a random chocolate flavour and strawberry cheesecake to break it up a bit, and chose a chocolate dipped cone because I succumbed to the novelty. I find it actually distracted from the ice cream itself. Chocolate flavours were quite ordinary, strawberry cheesecake had some tartness to it. I could’ve bought a proper tub with a few extra dollars, there was some cookie dough flavour I liked. The staff were highly engaging and encouarged passerbys to sample. Especially Abdul who really wanted to be in the photo with my ice cream so I had to oblige. #abdulflinders
