I’m a local and have eaten here a few times for dine-in and takeaway. Front of house are always kind and helpful, seems the back of house is always a bit slow or the order is off sometimes. Been a bit disappointed with portion sizes or food temperature a time or two but otherwise it’s alright. I usually get the quarter combo, and the chicken is usually quite nice. Sometimes the chips are a bit off which is one of their well known aspects of the RR brand. Don’t forget the ice cream, hopefully yours isn’t melted and refrozen like mine.

Ordered on a weekend arvo.Very quick service. Chicken was crunchy, cooked and seasoned well but it was a bit salty for me. Location was good. Came with ２pks wet hand wipes but hidden under the box so I noticed after finished.... I will order again for sure in the future.

This place unfortunately has really gone down hill the last few months. This use to be a regular stop off after work. The wraps and chicken has dropped off a cliff in quality. Avoid.

I have never given a 1 star rating before, but it is quite disappointing when you order a meal and don't recieve your drink and recieve a tub of gravy instead of potato and gravy. The oil from the fried chicken looked like it hadn't been changed in a month and the chicken in my burger was dry as if someone hadn't collected their order and just gave me that one. Thanks for assuring I will never eat here again :(

The meals are fresh and served hot. Standard Red Rooster offerings. Tried their fried chicken which, on its own is quite bland but if you opt for the chilli version it rocks. Tat said, the chilli version will leave your fingers covered in sauce and, as was the case in this instance, the restaurant had run out of serviettes your left trying to figure creative ways to remove the sticky goo. Down side here is that their toilets are often putrid thus my 4 stars.

Had a long day of work and decided to stop by redrooster for my dinner fixup and it was exactly what i needed. The staff were so friendly and even though i caught them near closing time, they still happily made my order perfectly. My order was everything i wanted and more ;) Thank you.

Giving two instead of one because the staff were obviously stressed. Honestly waiting 20 minutes in a drive through for fries? I get the eft being down and the till system crashing, this stuff happens, but your management really need to get their act together. There’s a shortage of skilled staff in hospo at the moment but please learn to roster to compensate for this.
