I should have known from the fact that they have queues that the coffee was good. It was surprisingly excellent. I’ve had coffee here before but it was a long time ago and it wasn’t my regular destination but it s certainly could be. Lots of other tasty treats for the health conscious or less so. Their blueberry muffins are also worth a try.
This cafe is easy to find almost opposite Southern Cross Railway Station.
They are now open for dinner so I was lucky enough to try their new menu.
Initially my friend and i tried a glass of white vegan Victorian wine. Whoa!! This was amazing. The wine tasted like crisp green apples, it was so delicate on the palate w a light texture and very very drinkable lol.
I ordered a Red Bean vegan burger on a beetroot bun w a side salad. The burger was delicious, it wasn't greasy or heavy. Instead it was full of flavour, the red bean burger was hot and it had a mild spice to it. It was perfect.
When my friends vegan ramen hit the table her eyes lit up like Christmas trees hahaha. The ramen brith that I tried had a good salty richness and it was all gobbled down in no time.
We tried tortilla chips at the waitresses recommendation and they were crispy and the vegan cheese, incredible. My friend who is carnivore said that it was the best cheese she's ever eaten! Now that saying something. It was really tasty, and almost buttery minus the oil. Yummo.
I tried a drink called Unicorn Mylk (yes) hahaha and it had .... and it was sooo yummy.
For dessert we shared a caramel slice which tasted creamy and the chocolate waa some of the best vegan chocolate I've eaten. It wasn't too overwhelming like carob, instead it just filled my mouth with a light buttery chocolate flavour that was amazingly good.
To finish we shared a fruit cheesecake, and this was rich, and full of berries, with a thick creamy texture.
This was by far the best vegan establishment that I've ever been to. This place is a must visit and one place that i am certainly going back to as soon as practical!
Thanks to the owners for their kind invitation.
As a lover of Vegan food this new cafe offers so much soulful vegan options. The place itself is quite cute and well styled. The service was delightful and we were well looked after. The menu was well constructed with heaps of options. Overall we had a great time and can't wait to go back. **Disclaimer: although the restaurant has generously invited me to their restaurant this review is still based on my genuine opinion.
Love the wide selection of refreshing and healthy juices here. There are also cleansing programs, which is definitely super healthy. Such a good deal!

I would call this place a feel good cafe ! Everything is very healthy and doesnt taste 'healthy' like everyone think. The cafe interior is lovely and relaxing, i love the green tone. We had some juices, they were refreshing and some colours of their juices are so prettyyyy!
Then we ordered 3 main dishes
- home nourish bowl
- Morrocan bowl.
- Spaghetti and meatball.
Our favourite one is the spaghetti dish, the noodle texture was interesting and chewy. The sauce was amazing too. We also love the Morrocan bowl, the chickpea with curry I believe were divine.
Then we finished off our meal with acai bowl and a donut. OMG Love the acai so so so much! I wish there is a peanut butter topping for us to add on top too.
Overall, we really enjoyed the experience here! Will definitely come back for more.
Their menu in-store has a lot more variety than their menu on Zomato or on their website. For example, they also have a couple of options for soups ($10 small, $12 large), curries, wraps etc. They have vegetarian and vegan options. It's a small place, mainly for take-away as seating is very limited. I had the small carrot and zucchini soup which was average (quite spicy; not that I am complaining!). However, the lady forgot to give me the bread that I requested which I was quite disappointed about as it was meant to be gluten-free seeded bread. I didn't realise the bread was missing until later. It was chaotic on a Tuesday at lunch time as it was busy and it is a small place. The service is however quick. I also had the Cha-Cha cold pressed juice which was the spiciest and most interesting juice I ever had (I don't even know what a quarter of its ingredients are!). It was refreshing and had a nice taste to it. My body felt better afterwards; cleansed and energised. I would say that at $11, it isn't easy on the wallet though you do get the juice in a nice glass bottle.
Happy to have access to raw vegan salads. Took a small salad with avo for $13. Fresh and filling. The staff was friendly and happy to answer all my questions specifically around alcohol content in salad dressing/tamari. There's none! Yay, for finding a healthy option for halal vegan food! Looking forward to try coffee mylk and other hot drinks from here.
I loved the juices and salads . The juice bar is tucked in a corner at CBD in front of NAB and was my go to place . If you want to start your day in a healthy way then you can go ahead with Chia pudding. I loved the concept of choosing your own ingredients to make your own salad. I filled mine with kale and some walnuts.
Great juices and chia pudding, the ginger ninja juice if definitely my go to or one of the green smoothies! Lovely staff the only downside is it is a bit pricey for it to be a daily routine.
Best healthy juices in town.... tried a 7 day cleanse and feel so healthy now after the cleanse...
also tried their salad bowls which were a great treat
Salad was nice. A tad on the blander side but fresh ingredients used.
Chicken curry was pretty runny, leaning more towards a soup than curry.
Service was really good and awkwardly friendly.
Bulletproof coffee - How can I survive without this after couple of hours sleep the previous night. Tried black medicine , which is to die for. Have to try other items in the menu.
Love their bulletproof coffee (the only place that makes them around Docklands area as far I as know), not to mention killer bulletproof balls. The staff are also amazing too, who always greet you with a smile.

One of the best options for lunch/snacks/pressed juices in docklands. Their salads are delicious and full of flavour. Their range of healthy drinks is unparalled, i loved their coffee Mylk - a great alternative to a morning coffee! Their snacks are also great - and vegan!
SALAD and JUICE. Makes you feel healthy. HOME always rotate the salads on offer with a few regular faves. Fave is the cheesy cauliflower and broccoli (which is actually not cheese at all but yeast!), raw stir fry, green machine (amazing). Only downside is that it's $10 a salad, they used to cram it full and I was happy to pay for it, in the last few weeks, new Staff and I think a new owner, and now they barely fill the box and leaves you hungry. Makes me hangry. If you want to add protein it's another $3. Place is always busy at lunch and staff are pretty slow... still worth a visit as there isn't many other places that do a good salad.
I was surprising impressed by this place! Given some of the reviews I didn't have high expectations but the salads were really fresh, delicious, all vegan, and there was a really good variety. I made the mistake of getting a large as I wanted to try as many as possible and they give you a huge portion but I just ate the rest later so no issue at all. The only comment I have is that other than avocado and corn, the Mexican quinoa salad didn't taste very "Mexican". It was still really nice so it didn't bother me, I'll definitely be going back next time I'm down this way.
Great Place!
I'm not a big reviewer, but last review didn't do justice!
This is always been my favorite place to grab a healthy lunch. Friendly staff, lots of smiles and good variety of salads- some of them cooked, some of them raw. You pick your salads!! Not the staff. If you order carbs- you get carbs, if you order veggies, you get veggies, or you mix them up :) Pretty simple
Love black medicine! And it's sooooo good for you! Perfect place for raw vegan style snack and if your on a health kick. Everything is organic too! From grabbing a feed to juice cleanses you can't best home juice bar for that!
Best location for anyone working around docklands or for anyone needs to change train at sounthern cross station. The store itself has a very healthy imagine, providing all the healthy breakfast options like home made pressed juices, smoothies and salads. Service is very friendly and all the prices are reasonable. Especially their home made living water is only $5 per bottle. The only problem is their big glass juice bottle is a bit heavy to carry around.
Was walking past on my way to work and one of the staff were handing out free samples. Omg the chocolate raspberry yogurt it amazing! Staff are super cute and friendly and they've even had free coffee in the morning. Definitely check this place out and try one of their raw cake slices!
Great coffee! Great service - super helpful and attentive staff. The juices are amazing and theb staff are very knowledgeable about their ingredients and benefits but their GF, DF muffins taste about thirty years old 😢
I adore this cafe. Everything tastes alive as though it still has energy within it. The salad options are incredible and the juices and smoothies are delish! If you have the chance you must go!
I love the concept of this place and think there should be more like this! reasonable prices, whole foods and with awesome flavors, good coffee! the salads are absolutely delicious 👍
Home Juice Bar is a welcome addition to the slowly developing Docklands food scene. It is a take away store with a twist- everything is healthy and good for you!
I was invited by Home Juice to try their menu. I tried two salads- the Kale and Beetroot and a spicy Asian salad. Both were excellent- lightly dressed but still flavourful and creative. I loved the Asian salad as it had a lovely citrus kick.
I also tried a piece of carrot cake, which was moist and not overly sweet, which is the way I like it. A lot of their raw desserts of course have nuts, which I am allergic to, but nuts are the best way to create a healthy dessert that still tastes good, so I understand! Stupid allergy!
They also do epic juices and smoothies, which I will totally try next time. They are a bit on the pricier side, at 11-12 dollars but they do come in a reusable bottle, which is cool.
I would definitely head back to try their salads- I was impressed at the quality. I wish Home Juice had been around when I was working in the area- I would have been less tempted to head to Starbucks or Nandos!
There aren't too many places that do good coconut milk coffee. There aren't too many places that do coconut milk coffee full stop! Home does GREAT coconut milk caps!! Full-bodied, creamy and frothy. Lunch tomorrow for sure - will let you know how it goes!
I absolutely love this place! I eat here at least 3 times a week as the food and juices are very original and the shop is so accessible. The staff are friendly and always help if you're unsure on what you want. They've just started serving coffee which is perfect after hopping off a crammed train in the morning!
Try the Ginger Ninja!!
Great healthy food and drinks, great service, nice spot! The portions of salad are huge, I couldn't finish it. Would recommend and will come back!
Home Juice is a little gem! I originally visited to grab a juice and I've never looked back (Black Medicine is my favourite juice). Not only are the juices completely delicious and nutritious but the food is fantastic as well, with a great variety of curries, soups and salads. I never believed healthy could taste this good. The atmosphere is fab too...intimate and a little bit quirky...a much needed addition to the Docklands.
Wow! So many delicious juices to choose from.
I love everything about this place!
The staff are super friendly and positive. This place is a MUST when you are in the Docklands.
Absolutely love everything about this place! Making health a priority and convenient. We pretty much live here most days for lunch and can't wait to try their detox program before Christmas! If you haven't been I suggest you try it out... Your body will thank you for it!
The Almond Unicorn mylk was just as amazing and magical as I thought it would be... honey, cinnamon, vanilla and deliciousness. Yes please! Considering moving to Melbourne just for this juice....
Love all the juices from here! Although had an acai bowl for breakfast and was pretty disappointed, was very watery. Needs to be thicker with fruit like banana or berries on top would be lovely!
So impressed! It's great to see a healthy cafe that actually serves really yummy food. I'm a massive fan of their curries... they are really tasty. The juices are great, but the Almond Milks are my favourite. I haven't tried all of their salads as yet, but the ones I have tried have been amazing.
This place is amazing. The food all looks and tastes fantastic and is sooooo good for you. I can't believe that food can taste so good and be so healthy. I go here all the time. My favourites are the curries and the caramel slice - just wonderful!!! The staff are great too. The best lunch option in Docklands.
Y U M M O !!! Smashed a juice and salad and even went for a dessert... All guilt free !! L O V E it !!! Staff are amazing and just ordered myself a juice cleanse :)
Stunning health bar right in the heart of docklands. You have to try the raw guilt free caramel slice its amazing. I also like their salad bar which is all gluten free. The staff are bubbly and always happy to chat about the superfoods and the benefits of each. Great quality produce and THE spot for breakfast & lunch.
I absolutely LOVE this place, it's my go to for when I feel the need for some goodness. Delicious, nutritious food (the raw Snickers is actually to die for) and I love the juices that they do too. The staff are super friendly, they always make everyone 'at Home' and I love being able to sit on the turf wall to watch the world walk by.
