I'm currently staying at an airbnb nearby and i come here every morning for breakfast. I absolutely love the coffee. One of the best I've had in Melbourne over the past 2 months
Soy flat-white, good decent coffee. Unfortunately not Bonsoy or Soy Boy so missing that qualitative soy-milk flavour.
$0.20-$0.40 per coffee more expensive than the local average. Coffee is alright, atmosphere is great. They say they have wifi but it doesn’t actually exist, so probably not the best place to sit and get anything done. Great for coming and sitting on their porch in the sunshine!

The day I was there was sunny and warm weather and the perfect place to be was this premises. Wheel chair Friendly, Public
Friendly service also staff are very polite and kind hearted. Dropped my wallet they and got it back few days after and still there. Food and coffee were excellent I've enjoyed it very much. Thank you for saving me replacing all the lost cards.
