The queue at Laksa King was huge, so we ended up here. Had the $45 for 2 banquet and it was most than enough to eat.
The pork belly and marinated chicken was plentiful, and the kimchi stew was wonderfully spicy. It also came with a large plate of vegetables. Cooking ourselves was fun and the staff were helpful. Only $3 corkage with a decent bottle shop across the road.
What happens when you set up a Chinese BBQ restaurant and name it 'Chinese BBQ' and no one comes because 'what the hell is Chinese BBQ?' Start over, hire a Korean chef and call it Gogi Gogi Korean BBQ. Now a popular eatery on the FlemKens Broadway, we opted for the BBQ Feast Set For Four and it was amazing, beautiful tender meat and fresh seafood, veggies and the standout being the Stew with Raman, just pack full of flavour. Roughly $30 a head for food and a welcome addition to our strip.
tried this place out a few weeks ago during Christmas time. Was very impressed by both the quality and quantity given. BBQ meat was delicious and plentiful, as was with the kimchi stew.
Groupon 4 pax, went with family Sunday nite. Was late, but the staff accommodated, all with a smile (I noticed they had to turn away a customer later as the place was full), they even rang me to reconfirm, and not an unkind word spoken despite being an hour late! Touched.
The food was delicious, we all agreed (not easy getting family members with different palate, fussy kids too, to agree!).
I think they simply need bigger premises, or at least during dinner time on a weekend.
Gonna hunt down another voucher deal, these guys are too good not to return!
We had a groupon voucher for 4 people @ $69 including korean beer. It was great value and ample food to feed 3 healthy men. Beef, chicken, seafood and mixed vegetables to bbq and a seafood stew to have with steamed rice. Loads of seafood comprising oysters, scallops, prawns, squid, mussels, baby octopus etc. The staff were lovely and very helpful in providing us with some tips on what to cook when. I'd do it again but perhaps try some of the other menu items.
Bought Groupon, think is the best voucher bought so far. Good service, Quality meat, definitely come back. Surprised beer in such a big bottle and soft drink come in a small can.

$119 set menu for four was great value as much about the activity as the eating. Great for a small group.
Great service, terrific food, love they had my favourite rice wine. Had the BBQ feast and substituted the pork belly with the Wagyu! Will definitely be back.
Guys this place was amazing, service was great, plenty of food for the price and seafood tasted fresh and didn't have a fishy smell. It was also extremely clean which is a plus.
My partner and I discovered this joint randomly and this is our monthly treat. We love the friendly service and good food. I definitely recommend BBQing and Chinese Snow Beer is a good option to top it off with. We always look forward to our next visit.
Nice place. Food was amazing! I did not BBQ so my rating was based on chef cooked meals. Most enjoyable. Very cheap. 3 dishes and 1 drink (between 2ppl) under $50. Good quality for price.
