Fantastic service!! Every time I go the staff are super friendly and kind. Special shout out to Mitali who served me last and was an absolute gem, she really always made my day with her smile and way of serving.
Rubbish unprofessional employees, holding on orders and talking on phone. Working while airpods in there ears.
There are two Subways near me, but I choose to use the South Melbourne store as they put care into their orders and leave small messages on their bags which makes the customers, me, feel cared about, especially in lockdown.
They fill their footlongs or six inches to the brim, try and give you meal
The girl who served me was counting on each ingredient, also paid extra for Pinch of AVOCADO and BEETROOT. When you are charging extra please serve that quantity to customers.

only one worker on with que forming during the day. mouldy wrap too. it was so gross.
Service was a bit slow, but the food was delish! Hadn't eaten subway for a couple of months, and very relieved I got a good one 😀
Please stop getting your sandwich artists to put unwanted ingredients back in the tub when a customer changes their mind. Cross-contamination is problematic for various reasons
