Asuka is one of the better places for Japanese food in the Docklands area. Open on weekdays, it is reasonable as well as of good quality. It has a great variety of items as well. Recommended

Nice food. I have tried lots of Japanese food, this restaurant's sushi is the best sushi i eat, beautiful sushi, the lunch pack is good , i love it. However, it is quite busy in the lunch time, i have to go there early 5 minutes.
Great Bento Boxes - Real Value for Money $. This is a great little shop for a quick Japanese meal. The handrolls are pretty standard but the bento boxes are excellent value for money and delicious. They only offer 2-3 bento box options at around $10-$12 but they do them very well. Very fresh, generous portion and all the components in the box work well. The pan fried tofu is nice and crispy with just right amount of sauce.
I think the bento boxes are 4 times tastier than the food that I had recently at the popular Gekazan @GPO (& 4 times cheaper!) Forget the hype, this is just simple good food and served quickly.
It's so good. It has special sauce I can't find in other place.
Great food, lunchtime rush is a pain but that's just the way it is. Get the teriyaki chicken Bento box, you won't be disappointed 👍
