Big fan of the rolls here; good lunch time offering if you’re working in the immediate area. Recommend the chicken skewer, pork belly to have in your roll. The pho is nothing special; but not offensive. Vietnamese iced coffees are strong; and a good choice to have once in a while. Oh and the caramel slice is definitely worth trying, even if I don’t think it’s made on site. Good place...
The banh mi was great - perfect balance of cold pork meat and salad. The pate and egg butter was excellent, and all made with smile by the wonderful staff! A great choice for lunch in the Docklands.
It’s rare to find authentic food in the concrete jungle of Docklands but this is a gem. They serve a really good pho with authentic flavoursome broth and accompaniments that are always abundant and fresh. Bahn mi also consistently good with all the traditional fillings. Don’t be deterred by a long line at lunch, its there because it’s worth it!
Totally awesome place! Came in not expecting the impossible, oh my,,,, they definitely deliver! Bahn mi was fresh and so hot!!!! Chillies for me please...
Always excellent banh mi! I get the roast pork and don't ever feel the need to order extra crackling (80C) because in my opinion, they are really generous with the servings. The baguette is also crusty and everything you'd want in a good baguette. The pho here is also delicious too.
So lucky to have this place near work! Yay!
Their pies are soooo goood! The steak and mushroom and great, mushroom pieces are big and the filling is 👌🏼
The pho we also have tried a couple of times and it’s also great too! Staff are super friendly!
Will come back for:
+ Steak and mushroom pie
Ok, this is a pho and Bahn mi place. I get it. But I was strolling pass here today, and saw the signs of the awards they have been given for their pies and decided to try one out. Delicious. The filling is where the winner is. Loads of chunky meat and mushrooms and the sauce was a great oozey consistency. The pastry could be more flaky, but that’s just nit picky. Try one out next time you are in here ...
Pleasantly surprised by this hidden Docklands gem! Located near the ANZ building it’s quite massive inside so would be good for group lunches or work functions. Very simple decor and separate ordering areas for banh mi and hot food.
I had the lemongrass chicken on vermicelli noodles ($13) and wow the serving size is massive!! Flavours were simple but delicious and I was absolutely stuffed by the end. Keen to come back for their pho and banh mi!

I had a vermicelli bowl for lunch and it was very filling and tasty. I’ll definitely return to try the pho and bread rolls. The place is very busy during lunch time so it may be hard to get a seat if dining in.
Decided on the pork belly Vietnamese role on this hot day with the refreshing salad it really hit the mark. For $9 (50 cents extra for crackling) this was a very generous serve.
I have been here twice and had the vermicelli noodle salad with tofu and veg spring rolls both times. $10 for a massive bowl of food, this place can be trusted for a good Vietnamese food anytime. Will give other dishes a try next time.
This is probably my favourite Docklands lunchspot. It ticks every box - well priced, quick, tasty, good service. I think I’ve had just about everything on the menu - their pho is spot on, the pork rolls are crunchy and delicious. Their rice paper rolls are really tasty and a great summer meal, and I frequently buy their vermicelli noodle bowls with grilled pork and prawn spring rolls. The best spot in Docklands to grab a quick, cheap, tasty and filling bite to eat.
I usually come here for my pho fix when I'm in docklands. Compare to the others around the block, this is the better one. Price is reasonable with decent amount of meat too. Most of the time service is quick but since the place is usually packed it's a eat then leave atmosphere. As for the taste there were a couple of times that it was lacking a little flavour or on the salty end. However on most of my visits the flavour is good and can almost pass as home cook.
This place is a gem. Best pho in the docklands and city area. It's authentic and run by a real vietnamese family business as you can tell with the staff. Divided into 2 shops you get hot food on one side and a bakery on the other side.
What i love is the pho. Really authentic like springvale quality. The broth is spot on, nice and hot and best of all it's big, freshest basils as always and finest ingredients used. My colleagues love the beef stew with freshly baked rolls on the side for dipping.
I have tried their banh mi's too and the price is cheaper than the other city shops, it's freshly baked and stuffed with your choice of crispy pork, bbq pork, cold ham or chicken. Highly recommend this place, though the ice coffees are relatively small and too sweet for my preference.
The morning stroll became a hunting for breakie which brought me to this place. First i was a bit hesitant but once i stepped in the smell of bread made me stock to the place. The menu is not that extensive but the pho is to die for. I had the chicken pho , the broth and the chicken was sooo good that i couldn't say no to it. The size of the portion is generous which is enough to fill the tummy for half a day. No too expensive but reasonable, will definitely return again.
Excellent Pho - fresh, clean and deep flavours. Well prepared rolls with generous accompaniments. Relaxed cafe atmosphere and efficient service.
Go early or later and try to avoid the rush hour otherwise you'd be expected to wait for a table.
They offer Pho and vermicelli noodles in addition to a full Vietnamese bakery that serves a wide range of savory pastries and Vietnamese rolls.
Fast and friendly service.
I come here at least 1-2 times a week for lunch as I work in docklands. Their banh mis are so tasty. Their vermicelli noodle is warm, meat is juicy and cooked perfectly and generous serving. I love the quick service too. Will recommend to try for lunch 👍
Not too bad in docklands area. I like the beef balls. $12 dollar for a big bowl of soup rice noodle is quite cheap! Great place for lunch!
Excellent value for money - $20 a head for very decent portions. Pho was authentic, hearty and the service was super friendly. Will definitely be coming here again!
[ More than your average sandwich bar ]
When all you can find are focaccias and sandwiches, it's great to know that banh mi is just around the corner. Freshly baked crusty baguettes stuffed with generous amounts of meat for no more than 'coffee money' ... I'd dip into the petty cash tin for that!
At a colleague's recommendation, I had their crispy pork belly ("roast pork") Banh mi and it was just wonderful. At $8 though it's pretty pricey for a Banh mi ... Especially as I've been used to paying $5 or less. But ... It is in Docklands and the Banh mi is slightly larger than the cheaper ones so it kind of evens out.
I haven't tried their pho but their Banh mi seem pretty popular. Always a line but they have very efficient and friendly staff so you get in and out of there pretty quickly. Yum. Can't wait to go back!
Great Pho!. Been here quite a few times since it opened and have loved the Beef Combo Pho. great flavour not only in the stock but also the beef. The service is great with a smile and atmosphere is always buzzing. Have become a regular pho sure!
Very authentic and fresh great staff and service wonderful addition to docklands amongst a sea of pretenders
