Worst experience i had here. Chicken was burned and when I complained they said you have eaten half of the chicken. Look at the plate the whole chicken is in the plate. First refuse to give new chicken or refund. After a 15 minutes wait first offered half refund. After arguing they gave full refund.

Love the food at this branch. Did other branches and can't compare. Best Nando's ever. A bit of a wait but we'll worth it once you start eating. Customer service is good.

Excellent experience! At 5 pm on 3/11/20 I visited during my 30 minute work break, and requested that my order be made as quickly as possible. My meal (1/4 chicken, spicy rice and broccolini) came out very quickly, and it was delicious. Awesome work, Nando's Jam Factory team!

Had the haloumi chicken burger and loved it. But partner had the chicken blt and said it had 0 spice or flavour. Also didn't give us any napkins or kind of let us know where things were to grab etc. Especially in covid need to not be getting up a million times to do things yourself.
