Love this place! They have moved from Tivoli Arcade to 222 Bourke Street at the Kmart Centre- hasn't been updated in Google yet it seems. Had lunch here for the first time today and it was fantastic. It's also very reasonably priced - cost my $11 for a grilled chicken salad bowl and rice paper roll!

We have had two Banh Mi, chicken and Pork here in last 2 week. Go early in the day as rolls are fresher then. Our 2nd time the Banh Mi was fresh and tasty and enjoyable.
Pretty good pork roll overall, the rice paper rolls are very nice, maybe even better. Their Vietnamese Iced Coffee is very tasty and cheap as well.
Food is good 5 star But carefull on payment Receipt says one price and bank details shows with charged more Will be complaining too Customers affair- as per ACCA rules I have payed so many times, never paid attention to it
The uncle on Sunday is very friendly. Banh mi + ice coffee are both affordable and delicious.
