This average definitely does not reflect the quality coming out of Creme in Port Melbourne. I came here on the weekend and the place was absolutely buzzing! It is probably the busiest cafe on the street. The food and drinks were both exceptional. Definitely one to check out for Breakfast and Lunch around Port Melbourne.
The staff and management are going out of there way to keep making us comfortable and safe during this time ... The coffee and food is AMAZING, Fresh and made with love .. A place in port Melbourne that we can at least get a great coffee .... Thank you guys

Perfect spot to stop by on my way home from the beach, and it’s dog friendly which is even better! I always get their hotcakes as their super delicious (my cheat meal of the week). Friendly service too!

I love coming to Creme in Port Melbourne, the staff are super friendly and treat you like family and the food is always reliable. Great coffee, dog and child friendly - not much not to love here!
Stopped here for a coffee while out for a walk in Port Melbourne, but after we saw the pancakes at the table next to us we decided we had to give them a try. We shared a plate of the protein pancakes topped with blueberries and a cinnamon crumb and they were absolutely delicious! The waiter told us that they switch up their pancakes every two weeks so we're already looking forward to going back and trying the latest flavour on our next weekend walk in Port Melbourne! Coffee was also great and the cafe has a lovely setting with some benches outside too which will be lovely once the summer weather is here!
A nice spot to relax and enjoy a great meal. Always a pleasant experience with a good atmosphere and friendly staff. Also a perfect spot for a business meeting.

Really enjoyed my time at Crème Port Melbourne. The staff were friendly and the food was tops. The protein pancakes were my favourite and knowing they changed so frequently gives me a good reason to return to see what they come up with next. See you again CPM!
Came here with pretty average expectations and am happy to admit that I underestimated this place. Really impressed and l will definitely bring the family back with me next time.
Ordered a coffee and the hotcake, both were fantastic. The hotcake was very fluffy inside and not overly sweet, all the fruit on top was fresh and overall, a very pretty dish.
Staff were great, atmosphere was a bit quiet but still pleasant. Creme, I was very impressed.

Right near the beach is this little café called crème, the service was prompt and the barista who served us coffee was prompt and friendly. Top place

Definitely improved a hell of a lot since we were here last. Really enjoyed our breakie (the panckaes were insanely good) and the coffee was perfect. We will be back soon!
Love this vibrant cafe in the heart of Port Melbourne. Good food, delicious cakes and most importantly - does not close shop at 3 or 4pm, but at 7 - giving one the opportunity to have an after hours cuppa with friends or colleagues and has free WIFI so a great place to work during the day!

We ordered the Wagyu Beef Burger and the Greek Lamb Wrap. Both meats were tender, the Beef juicy and very rich in flavor! I loved the combo of Aioli, pickles, mustard, and bacon along with the flavorful beef patty!
I will come back to try some more dishes but so far I love their food!

Pancakes to die for! These bad boys (image supplied) are protein packed pancakes that burst with flavour. They are not shy on the toppings either - completely fill the whole top layer which is amazing and rare to find at cafes these days.
This place was fantastic! Two friends and I went here for brunch, and were all very satisfied with our meals- the chorizo omelet, hotcake and chicken and chips. Super friendly staff too!

Amazing sun exposure, location and long trade hours are the positives. My only criticism is the slowish service and lack of charisma from some of the staff.
Love this place, My local for 2 years now, Staff always helpful and generally serve pretty quickly or at least acknowledge you while waiting :). Great coffee with the added bonus of free wifi, perfect place to complete work on my laptop and feel productive.

This is a cosy, little cafe on the corner of Bay Street, and popular when the sun is shining and the weather is warm. It's also a go-to destination for pet dogs and their owners after a walk.
For drinks, my friend and I went for the strawberry milkshake and mocha. Lovely latte art for the mocha, and given the thumbs up by my friend. Strawberry milkshake came in a cute little glass mug, which seems to be the norm nowadays for cafes, and had a nice sweet taste.
We ordered the soft shell crab taco and the buttermilk chicken wings for snacks before dinner. It was actually quite filling. Taco had a good mix of coleslaw and crab which was very soft and easy to bite. Was a bit droopy when eating it, and the coleslaw juice did result in the coleslaw falling out. Coleslaw also has a slight vinegary flavour, which may not be to everyone's cup of tea. The buttermilk chicken wings came in cute heart shapes, and there were 4-5 pieces. They came out very hot though, and must be careful not to burn your tongue when biting into them. Taste was delicious once it cooled down. They also serve a bowl of coleslaw on the side (the same used in the soft shell crab taco).
A trendy cafe hangout, with a solid assortment assortment of breakfast, lunch / dinner meals available, and friendly service. Sure to return again.
Nice cafe in awesome location. Was drawn to the cafe due to outside seating-promptly approached and advised of table service by male staff member who seated us and handed us menus. He returned not long after to take our coffee order. Coffee was nice and strong. Slightly unprofessional service as we went to pay and leave but I think that's just because the cashier wasn't a naturally bubbly person (which I'm thinking may be the reason behind some of the negative reviews). Nothing to stop me from coming back though. Will

I have no idea why there are so many blatantly ridiculous reviews here yet as someone with over 300 reviews this place was nothing like the recent reviews here.
First we arrived at 1240 and were desperate for something breakfast like and they had a special of protein pancakes with mango, passion fruit pistachios and we got those with a normal coffee and then an almond latte.
The almond latte was the BEST I've had so far since going almond for my coffees and then the protein pancakes were so good we could eat them every day. All smiles here and staff were very efficient, friendly and warm and had a great location in the sun outside as well. 5/5

Went to Creme today and had their Nutella Protein pancakes - oh my goodness they were AMAZING!! Ive been to Creme a few times and its always been so good but this was out of the world amazing. Great service and pricing too.
Very happy with service. Had Poetugese spice chicken skewers a cappuccino and a small lemon meringue tart. All delicious! Was with my mother and they even turned the music down a bit for her comfort. Would come back here.
Good coffee. I haven't actually eaten here but regularly visit for a coffee after a walk along the beach. Coffees and good and hot. We normally sit outside with our dog and service is prompt.

Almond milk coffee at Creme - A big YES!. I hardly ever go south of the Yarra for coffee, being based in Fitzroy, but I've fallen for Creme's almond milk coffee. Delicious, lactose-free and full of nutrients. Somehow the baristas here make almond milk work (with no added sugar).
If you've tried using almond milk in your coffee/teas at home, you would know that the milk would go 'funky' (curdle?) and would taste quite bitter and gross. At home, I love it with my cereal but not with my coffee or tea. I've tried almond milk coffee at another cafe, but it's also turned out taste funky and bitter.
If you're lactose-intolerent (a bit over soy milk) and happen to be in Port Melbourne, definitely drop into Creme to grab an almond milk coffee.
Recently moving to Port Melbourne this year, I find myself eating at Creme more and more regularly. They have the best coffee and their food is deliscious. Although they don't have the most elaborate menu they do serve select quality meals over quantity of many options. The atmosphere in the cafe is chilled and layed back (I think people need to realise it's a cafe not restaurant) and the staff are friendly and not pushy - and yes you have to walk a mere 2m for self serve water (after reading past reviews it seeks to be an issue for some).
I've tried everything from breaky, lunch, dinner and sweets and the meals are well priced and quite big! I highly recommend Creme!
