My daughter brought home some takeaway pizzas from here recently and we really enjoyed them! Generous with the toppings and really nice dough.
We had the Kebab pizza and loved all the garlic sauce on top! A great, unique flavour. The other pizza was BBQ but also had slices of potato, which I really enjoyed. Very filling though!
Very impressed with the pizzas so will definitely visit the store to dine-in in the future.
Came here for a nice dinner with my sister and two nephews. I am surprised how quiet the restaurant was on this night as the food is quite good. My nephews are not the quietest little humans at the best of times, but the staff were so friendly and accommodating! We had a family pizza, and a pasta! Very delicious and will keep going!

This place has probably got the best pizza Iāve had
Honestly the dough was the right thickness and was super soft
The pizza was loaded with toppings and had so much flavour
The kebab pizza was amazing and the Nutella pizza had the perfect toppings and was the right amount of sweetness

Attended a bloggers event here and was really happy with everything. Tried a few pizzas which were great and the carbonara which was delicious. They also do really good cocktails and milkshakes! The desert pizzas were definetely my favourites as I am a massive sweet tooth especially the nutella berry pizza. Service was also great!
Quality pizza, ribs, schnitzel and milkshakes. Came here for a party so was lucky enough to try a bit of everything. Also had an espresso martini which was made really well. No complaints here, everything was really tasty.

I was happy to be invited to a blogger event at Godfathers pizza on Bell St, Preston. Such an impressive menu of pizzas, pastas and other great dishes. The evening got off to the right start with a giant antipasto platter delivered to our table with a selection of hot and cold foods, garlic breads and bruschetta. This was positively a delight. The milkshakes were also standouts and I got to try the ginger white choc and the peanut butter & jelly shakes. Cocktails followed and there was a huge variety all very well presented. Our table chose to share a number of pizzas while other tables mixed it up with pizza , pasta, ribs and loaded parmigiana.
We tried four gourmets between us opting for cheese, tandoori chicken, satay chicken and the highly popular mixed kebab pizza which as the name suggests was an impressive combination of my favourite mixed kebab and a pizza all in one. Pizzas were the deep pan variety that was kind of fitting given the long time past owner of the building in which Godfathers operates.
Standouts for me were the kebab pizza which really was like a kebab and the cheese pizza which had a salty feta to boost the flavour.
We finished the night with Nutella and Nutella berry pizza & dough balls. Tick tick and tick... all delicious.
Such a great evening and I was impressed by the shear variety of menu items available.

I was delighted to be invited to a blogging event at Godfathers last night. A quick peruse of the menu had me interested in soo many pizzas. Luckily when it came time to order mains I managed to persuade a couple of others to share four pizzas between us #variety. Upon arrival I was pretty impressed with the set up and friendly staff. I had also noted an impressive array of shakes on offer and swiftly ordered the peanut butter jelly.
This was super yummy but if alcohol is more your thing I also tried a couple of delicious cocktails which went down a treat with our amazing 1.2m antipasto platter. This was a great way to sample a variety of dishes including the garlic bread, calamari and arancini. There were also meats, olives and dips- delish. I was loving the bruschetta too which was topped with a generous amount of cheese.
Then the pizzas arrived and we opted for four from the gourmet range; chicken satay, cheese lovers, chicken tandoori and kebab. I was hard pressed to pick a favourite and simply adored the thick base. It made a nice change from the proliferation of thin and crispy that has flooded the Melbourne dining scene. The kebab pizza is an ingenious idea and quite frankly I canāt even believe no one has thought to do this before. Itās basically combining two of lifeās greats in one tasty mouthful. The cheese I had assumed while have a white base but the tomato base basically made it a pimped up margarita. The feta was great on this as it gave it the addition of something salty. Tandoori pizzas Iāve had before but not with mango chutney so this was a great rendition for me. Satay I also enjoyed although that tended to be the rest of the groups least favourite. It had a good balance of sweet with a kick for me. A few chips stolen off someoneās parma plate and I was ready for dessert (truly great chips by the way).
We ordered mini donuts drizzled with Nutella as well as the Nutella berry pizza and chocolate banana pizza. These are a visual sensation and a great sweet way to end the meal. Do keep in mind they offer such a range of other items; pastas, parmas and plenty of other mains and if my taste of the calamari off the starter platter was any indication they will do a great job with all of these too
I was invited to try this pizzeria last night and what a fun and interesting Menu they have! They have the classic pizzas but they also have interesting combos like tandoori chicken (quite yummy) and, what for it, a Kebab Pizza!! Thatās right, choose lamb or chicken (or both) and itās topped on a pizza with onion and garlic sauce. It was actually really yummy (but I understand itās not everyoneās thing). The base is super thick, which I quite like. We also tried a 1.2m antipasto platter which was packed full of things like salami, ham, roast veggies, garlic bread, mozzarella sticks, dips, cheese, calamari, prosciutto, olives (and the list goes on!). The other standout was the peanut butter and jelly shake. Amazing! Oh and the dessert pizzas are delish too.
Godfather's Pizzeria is seriously one of the best dining places I have ever visited. I had the kebab pizza and it seriously just melts in your mouth, hands down one of the best pizza places I have ever visited and I'll definitely be going back.
What a great new restaurant in Preston.
The service is great the meals are great and we had a lot of fun while we were there.
Take some time and have a fantastic meal at the Godfather's.
I had the hot and spicy Parma. My wife had the fisherman's basket. We really like the meals.
I took the family here for dinner. The food was fresh and very tasty. The place looks amazing and the staff were top notch. Will be back soon.
Such amazing food at the newly open Godfathers Pizzeria in Preston. An amazing dining experience overall and very generous and delicious when it comes to food. Will definitely be returning for the pizza that canāt be refused.
