Spicy homecookd food with zero pretentiousness, friendly helpful staff.
Awesome for takeaway.
Large menu.
I went to curry point for lunch. The place is simple and clean. The staff was very polite, warm and friendly and always make good recommendations. The food was very good and nice portion size. I tried Malai Kofta and Chicken Kadhai. I look forward to visit next time and try out different options.
This place is a must go... anyone travelling to the CBD must visit this Takeaway joint.... food has authentic Indian flavour..you pick anything...be it Lamb Curry, chicken curry or even Samosas...The famous Potato dumplings...everyrhing is fingerlicking delicious...for tea lovers...you also must try their special Masaala tea..
Go here at least 3-4 days a week, terrific food with delicious curry, one of the best curry shops around, also run by great people as i get good a jolly customer service everytime!

Not bat at all!. I've had numerous take away curries from various places around the CBD & Melbourne. Most are expensive especially when you add a drink & a Naan. here you can get two curies & a Naan for $10 which is brilliant.
The Naan is probably one of the best in the CBD (freshly made & cooked). I found the portions to be larger than most take away places as well.
Great curry. Nice n spicy
I've been eating here for a few months now. At first I was unsure from the look of it (it's tiny, you'll miss it if you blink) but I was pleasantly surprised! The naan is very nice and the rice has to be if not the best I have had from an Indian restaurant. The staff can be a hit and miss with friendliness but they make up for it with affordable and nice food.
Had samosa chaat from the place as breakfast. Good value and nice taste. Chaat has very indian taste with chickpea masala and mint chutney.. Loved it..
I go here every Friday for my lunch. It's the nearest you'll get to a British style Indian curry. Simply good food. It's a cafe not a restaurant so don't expect silver service.
My Favorite Curry in Melbourne. I'm quite fond of Indian food & must say that I am SO happy that I discovered this tiny establishment. I have been coming here at least once a week for about seven months now. I am a vegetarian so it's great that they always have a selection of four different vegetarian curries. Another highlight is the naan; simply the best that I can find anywhere! You are always guaranteed to get your money's worth as far as quantity goes and if you're in the market for some delicious flavors, I highly suggest giving Curry Point a shot.

This tiny take away shop is great for delicious curries at lunch time. There are always four vegetarian curries, with the choice changing day by day. Yesterday I tried their malai kofta. It was absolutely delicious - sweet, creamy and flavoursome with a soft texture to the kofta. The dahl is also good. The naan is freshly made. The serves are generous, especially if you are eating in. This restaurant is very small, but there are a few tables for you to enjoy your meal. I love stopping off when I am around Bourke Street, I have enjoyed every meal I have had here so far. Labels: Indian , Melbourne CBD ,
