Same as any KFC. Food is pretty tasty, but this store may be a bit more expensive.

Customer service kfc swanston store is really bad. I come there tonight at 10.20pm 01/02/2017 and i order 12 chicken wings. There is a scene in the movie "Snatch' where he's cooking sausages that will be ready in "2 minutes", then even longer the second time asked. Latest experience was not dissimilar. 3 became 5 that became 8 .... not so efficient fast food

DONT EAT HERE! This is the worst KFC in Melbourne food all over the floor unclean and the waitingtime is shocking. poor customer service , i was even told to get F**k by the manager when the service guy droped my chip bag on the floor and re-used it .. eat at your own risk

This place can be much cleaner, not much seating available and even if seating is available it is not clean. Same usual kfc food, staff were pleasant.
