The pho here is nothing special. The beef broth had some flavor, but the taste wasn't exciting and the authenticity of it wasn't there. Beautiful bowl of Vietnamese beef broth. Full of aroma and the juice from the beef. I love the broken rice. Pork was juicy and tender. Shredded pork was super savory. Pork loaf tasted good.
Its a famous Vietnamese Restaurant like MeKong. Spring Roll & Rice Paper Roll, Cold White Coffee are OK. For the Pho, it's really not something special. I would recommended eating pho in Springvale, North Richmond, Sunshine or Footscray.
Looking for a descent Vietnamese noodle soup in Melbourne city ? Then this is THE place to go.
Noodle soup was my daily uni life back in the old days and I've tried many I mean MANY different places in Melbourne CBD but there are always some issues. Noodle was wayyyy over cooked or couldn't taste
This is a great place for a quick and cheep lunch. A very filling and tasting noodle soup for around $14 is great value for money. It's not flash but fairly basic and wholesome.
Not the best pho I've tried, nothing special about their broth or ingredients but it wasn't too bad either. It's kind of in the midrange for everything from taste to price to service.
Very basic, semi clean restaurant, not particularly friendly staff, but yummy Pho at a reasonable price. Just don't forget to take cash as they have no ATM!
A large serving of Pho, perfect for Melbourne's cool weather. Will give you Hanoi feels at the heart of the CBD, their music is in Vietnamese as as well.
