Ordered a build-your-own salad to pick up for lunch. It was such a steal at $10 for 2 bases, 8 toppings and complimentary bread. No dressing as that costs extra but I added my own. Some veg were raw and some were roasted which was good for contrast. Not sure how the pre-made food is here (seems mediocre tbh) but the DIY option is amazing for a cheap, healthy meal.
This review is only based on my coffee as I didn’t have time for breakfast.
The service was lovely really friendly and they have 2 tills so you don’t have to wait long to be served... excellent idea!!
My strong skinny latte was very good and it was the cheapest coffee I’ve brought in Melbourne. I asked for a strong skinny latte and the waitress said $3.30, maybe she made a mistake?
I don’t think so as all the food was so cheap, for e.g. a ham and cheese croissant for $4.50! The day before a plain croissant in another cafe at the Docklands cost $5.
I am definitely going back to try their food, as I saw THE biggest bacon and egg wrap for $7, and that would keep me full for breakfast and lunch hahaha
If your in the Docklands this place is a must visit! See you there :)

What I've decided after quite a few attempts is that ...
1) I don't make a good salad;
2) Just because you like it doesn't mean it goes well together and
C) I really really really don't make a good salad.
Fortunately they do have prepared salads to take the guesswork out of things... I believe there are people out there more qualified than I in the fine art of veggie to protein balancing. When I come here for something healthy I will go the prepared salads in the giant bowls by the till.
Along with the healthy stuff the do have the evil stuff which I truely felt like this afternoon when I had a sugar craving. I ate one of their giant caramel slices and I did so back at work with such guilty pleasure that I didn't end up sharing any with anyone else so sugar buzzed all afternoon and think I'm about to crash. Very sweet but I love my bricks of caramel that way.
I bought a 'make your own salad' with added salmon which cost me $14! The salad I made consisted of corn, beetroot, beans, boiled egg, potato and a small amount of salmon. The salad tasted really nice but very over priced for what it is especially for the small amount of salmon that was added to my salad.
Great salads are abundant here. The service is always friendly and fast. Warning that it does get super busy at lunch and does make for a slight wait, but if you after healthy and tasty, this a great choice in docklands. The coffee here is my regular when I'm in the area and a standout among the many specialty coffee establishments in the area.
Love their Coffee and breakfast!!. I started going to Edmama last month, and they have amazing coffee and breakfast selections!! Absolute love their new Almond Croissant
Great coffee, fantastic brekkie - little bit of this & that - just $11 & sooooo good

Edamama is an impressive breakfast and lunch option in Docklands as part of The Lunch Room at the end of Collins St. This is not just my opinion but Edamama is a hit in our nearby office. It's felt that some salad bars around are a bit stingy on ingredients and serve up a high proportion of lettuce and "filler". Edamama serves up customised salads that are generous in their proteins and ingredients. They also offer top notch coffee, pouring around 700 coffees a day!
Amazing soy flat white coffee. One of the nicest anywhere. Ticks all the boxes. Creamy, rich, smooth, dark.
Their salads are really good. So many options to custom-design a salad for them to build. Quite reasonably priced for such healthy food. Excellent for vego and vegan food options.
The ordering system is so smart. Taking a clipboard and take your time to design your salad by ticking the boxes for the ingredients you want. It takes all the pressure away from ordering and keeps things moving fast.
If I was to wish one thing it would be to add some seeds, herbs and spices to the options. It could do with that extra splash of flavour. But full marks anyway.
Best salad in Collins Square. Tasty, healthy, balanced and not too cold
Consistent great quality coffee. And they have added gluten free dessert :)
Friendly staff and nice food would reccomend :)
I come here almost everyday! The service is great and the fact that the barista remembers his customers and their orders make a this place exceptional. I've never had anything wrong with my beverages and they have a great range of sweets for those of us with a sweet tooth.
And they accept amex :)
