Tried the goat kottu roti for lunch, have to say it was really good, very tasty with a good hint of pepper spice and a generous portion, it’s also accompanied with some gravy, the kottu roti was not dry and tasted really good, was very impressed with it
The service was very good. I was sceptical about coming to this place as I was not in the mood to have something spicy. However I was pleasantly surprised by the chettinad chicken and mutton Thalis. The chicken was succulent and not at all overpowering. I had to eat everything!
If you want that Indian spices and Oomph! This place will treat your taste buds to it! It takes you to a journey back to India, in a few bites! love the food! do try this place out folks
Really good food! Best Dosas and Biryani in CBD Melbourne! Most flavoured South Indian cuisines! Will keep coming back to this place! Only draw back with this place is that they don't have a hand wash area/toilet
Absolutely the finest and best Chettinaad style in Melbourne. I've tried almost all of them and if you prefer South Indian food with that perfect touch of spicy flavor, then look no further. I walked in one day a few months back just after they opened the restaurant and have been a dedicated customer ever since. The staff are all super friendly, cheerful and never rush you with your order. The manager has become a friend since I'm such a frequent visitor. No matter how busy I am, I ensure to find time for lunch there on weekdays. My favorite is the fish curry meals, the crab roast and also the chicken roast. The biriyanis are absolutely bliss as well. The rates are reasonable considering the prices of similar restaurants in the area and the quality of the food. If I'm to write a negative aspect it's that I'm fond of spicy food, so I wouldn't mind a bit more spice as well :) Otherwise, everything is just superb! No doubt it's a 5 out of 5 rating.
Looking for a decent non vegetarian food then u need to visit this restaurant. Good taste.. wide variety of options in the menu. And since it’s a newly opened
so far the food taste was consistent .. have visited 3-4 times . but not sure about later times..!!
But should visit once for sure to taste for Indian food while ur in melboune.

I went for lunch here with my tamil friends and it really turned to be a nice one. Ordered chicken chapati meal which was really good, curry was nice and spicy.
Food was good ..expensive when compared to other hotels in cbd....liked non veg curries and biriyani... Overall good experience ..can add few authentic dishes
Been to this place couple of times for lunch. Really impressed by their curries. Portion size is good. Location is convenient if you work in Melbourne CBD. The Roti(Bread) is an area which they can improve. I have noticed it was half cooked and cold. Apart from this, experience was great and I will definitely be coming back!

Very tasty South Indian food and a very friendly staff and service
Quality food served fairly quick. It's usually busy but that doesn't seem to slow them down and the staff are incredibly friendly and happy to offer an opinion on what should be ordered.
The Chili Paneer is delicious, but my favourite, which I strongly recommend is the Chicken 65. Amazing flavour and spice that is perfect - certainly not for delicate tastebuds.
Price seems a little high - it's comparable to gourmet Indian restaurants - but it's an acceptable trade off.
Definitely recommend for a quick and easy lunch in the city.
Ordered Anjappar chicken meal and it never disappointment me. Best South Indian meal ever tasted in Melbourne. Taste was similar to what we have at back home. It will be good if washing facility is located inside the restaurant, just a suggestion to management.

A mouthwatering treat of south Indian food. The blast of spices in the tongue can leave you mesmerized. The quality of the food is very authentic. Food lovers especially the ones who are into south Indian spicy food - this place is a must try. And the staffs are excellent with their service. Rajesh in particular had time to come down talk to the customers to check if the food was of their likings. Well done and it's my go to place from now on for an authentic spicy delicious foods!
