Pretty rude staff who were reluctant to cut up the sushi rolls - even then only sliced the top half so it looked cut. Rice itself at times was hard / tasted old, and other ingredients not so fresh. Unfortunately sloppily prepared. Also no soy sauce / ginger in the box.

First time visit. Ordered Bento Box B. Didn't get the free Miso soup with any purchase which was displayed at front of shop. Didn't supply soy sauce, wasabi or pickled ginger. Food was fresh and reasonable but service needs improving.

Food comes quite late for busy lunch time and in random order (person sat next to our table came early then us but received his meal 10 mins after I did). If you are coming in a group I do not recommend.

Ordered, curry katsu don. 4/5 of the bowl was white rice, nowwhere near enough sauce, they're obviously being cheap, but charging $12.90. Can not recommend. Have been a regular lunch customer here. Really poor.

Do not go there. Food is not fresh. Some stale weird smell from the oil they used. Staffs chatting and arguing behind the counter before they realized I have been standing there waiting for over a minute. Not worth it even if you are in a rush. Go across the street to food court next to Woolworths.
