ordered a double smoked free range ham bagel today ($10.9). Appreciate the generous ingredients, there were additional beetroot and pickle slices on top of my bagel. they also kindly complied with my odd request of having my bagel toasted for longer. Wet tissues were also provided! I also noticed that they provide complimentary wafer biscuits with every coffee purchase - and I am a sucker for those yummy snacks!
As for the bagel taste, they separated the sauce from the bagel with good intentions (to ensure that the bagel doesn’t get too messy). Unfortunately, that altered my experience a little - I enjoy bagels messy and full of sauce alongside its contents. Was still a positive experience - would come back and try other gourmet bagels!

Today I had a bagel from here. I’m not generally a fan of bagels but I’m Vientiane converted lol
My butter bagel was hot... yummo I’ve never had a hot bagel and I had it w butter.
This morsel was absolutely delicious. I was really impressed with this. And the service was really friendly so I’ll be back soon for sure.
Worth a visit if you in the area.
Superb customer service and the bagels are amazing! The sauce on the side is a welcome addition too. Haven't been able to find another bagel joint that stacks up.
Nice clean cafe with lots of options, as well as good range of juices and smoothies too. I had the free range ham bagel ($10.90), which was full of good quality ingredients, and the OJ, carrot, ginger and turmeric juice ($6.90).
Love this cute bright cafe, staff are just so friendly and accommodating, I snuck in for a quick breakfast and ordered a short black and a honey bagel, bagel come out in next to no time, well toasted a generous portion of butter and honey - coffee followed shortly after it was well made, hot strong and delicious- I may have found a new favourite- come and try this sweet cafe where the staff are fabulous and the food is good
Not bad. Servings could be larger and the bagels' slightly less toasted. Ordered the Reuben - it was tasty but had a very small portion of meat and the bagel isn't huge so in my view should be compensated with more fillings for $12.50.
Very comfy spot otherwise.

Delish and flavorful smoked salmon bagel, cream cheese had hints of dill and the capers gave it an extra kick.
Will be back to try other varieties!
Bagel Works in Little Collins Steet is a quirky small healthy eatery with a ton of character. The Swine has been here for coffees and lunchtime eats. While the Swine may not be the greatest fan of the coffee, the filled bagels are sensational. The Swine loves the Rueben and Roast Pumpkin bagels. The place has a ton of options - yes bagels, organic teas, salads, cold pressed raw juices and super food smoothies. Very nice healthy stuff to keep your motor running clean. Staff are also awesome!! Swine approved.
a warm and cozy environment with friendly staff and some cute decorations, definitely some yum bagels too.
A bit pricey but I reckon you get high quality food for what you pay.
Bagelworks. It all starts with bagels... Then they tell you to try their juice and smoothie menu. Before you know it, you're going there every single day. Beware! Only catch is that it closes at 3pm.
Sometimes you just need a good ol' bagel for breakfast on your way to work and today was the day for me. Being a Monday, a lot of us are dragging our feet into work and filling up with coffee to start the week.
These guys have a $7 bagel and coffee deal, which isn't too bad. You get a cream cheese toasted bagel and a regular coffee. However, if you want a strong, you're going to have to cough up an extra 50c. The other places I go don't tend to charge more...
There are a lot of other flavoured bagels on offer here too, so might have to come back for some salmon and cream cheese...
Such a lovely place, the service is really great and the bagels are wonderful. The roast pumpkin bagel is so simple yet its ingredients work amazingly together. I highly recommend the smoothies too, they are so thick and flavoursome, a favourite is the mango shack.
They do almond milk coffee too and it is one of the best I've had so far!
Bagels are undergoing somewhat of a resurgence lately as Melbournians discover the delicious, affordable simplicity of fresh bagels. With bagel shops popping up all around Melbourne, Bagelworks is a welcome addition to Little Collins Street. Of course offering fresh bagels made daily and cold pressed juices, we were most surprised by the high quality of coffee on offer - which we honestly didn't expect from a bagel shop. Worth a visit on your next lunch break.
Such an excellent variety of bagels and various ways to serve them. I only didn't like how smelly the place was of food. So be prepared that you might smell like a kitchen. A small price to pay for a tasty bagel.
Great little place for bagels. Reuben bagel is the best. Loved it! Coffee is good too. Non-dairy smoothies are delicious. Highly recommended!
Almond milk coffees are sooooo gooooood
Clean shop with friendly staff. Tuna melt bagel had boconcini and jalopenos on a sesame seed bun with a creamy dill dipping sauce. Absolutely delicious and very memorable!!! Only negative was the limited drinks options. Coffee or freshly squeezed juice. Bagel and a juice was $17 which is too pricey to become my regular lunch spot.
So so very good - fresh simple combos that please every time !! Great coffee also very impressive service. Do yourself a favour and try them out.
Hands down the best bagel I've ever had. I worked around the corner and had to have a bagel every single day it was the reason I woke up every morning! The service is always 10/10 I'd recommend the smashed avo bagel with the sauce!
Freshest smoked salmon bagel I have ever had. And I haven’t tried the great choices either! Delicious! The best bagel i had was in the USA NewYork, so in comparison both top class. But the coffee and service excellent that just makes this 10/10 for me. Recommend this to anyone who loves overall great service and fantastic bagels.
Great job guys.
I've been obsessed with Bagels in the last year, trying a lot of different places and this place currently holds the crown for Melbourne in my opinion. The boiled bagels they have here (boiled first then baked) are crunchier and more delicious - most bagel places just have baked bagels that take way less time to make. The menu is simple and yummy and the owners are really sweet. Definitely coming back.
Good quality bagels, nice chewy consistency, generous toppings. Would recommend.
Delicious fresh bagels and fillings you will find in Melbourne. Very generous with their portions and very reasonably priced! Special thanks to the owners who run this business. You two are amazing!

Every morning I came here and have my regular breakfast weak Latte in L/F w Blueberry bagel light toasted ;0) Yummy and highly recommended.
Staff are friendly and best customer service ever .
Both my mum and I purchased two Bagels and Juice today. We were welcomed from the minute we walked through the door. They have amazing customer service and the food is amazing! They have Gluten Free options which made my mum happy as she could finally try a Bagel!
I highly recommend this place to everyone!
This is one of my favorite places for my morning breakfast, the place buzzes with regulars with good coffee and an extensive range of ... Yes Bagels. There is also a fine selection of alternatives if bagels aren't you thing. The venue is quite small and can get congested. The staff are very friendly and engaging. Some of the boutique bagels are quite pricey for mine but the simple fare is good value.
