Sticky lamb ribs and Kubasi kebab. Takeaway from Turk to me
This has been my 4th visit to this place since it opened not so long ago. This is so far one of the best charcoal kebab place I have come across in Melbourne. The menu is simple and the flavours in each and every dish is amazing. No matter what meat you choose, the charcoal burn and the flavour is amazing.
I tried the lamb ribs for the first time here today and by far one of the best lamb ribs I have had for such a reasonable price. The meat on the ribs was tender and juicy with that required layer of fats near the bone, and that perfect char on the outside. Can’t wait to have these ribs again!

Probably the best place to grab a kebab on Bay Street. It’s great to see your meat being cooked on the Woodfired. The Kebabs are filled and the chips are also delicious. There is seating outdoors as well as the back. We will definitely visit again soon.
The char-grilled lamb skewers were juicy and flavoursome and by far the most delicious skewers I’ve ever eaten. The salad was fresh & crunchy, and the hummus was super-yummy. This cafe is in a great location just near Hunky Dory and it's clean with friendly staff and big tables so that you can sit outside on Bay St on a warm summer evening. The price was good too: my skewer of meat plus a big serve of salad, a tiny dish of hummus and some Turkish bread was $10 (sufficient for a small but satisfying meal). It was my first time here and I will definitely be back often. See the photo of the lamb skewer being grilled on hot coals while I waited.
Wow. So we finally tried this restaurant tonight and it delivered (in terms of our expectations). We ordered a mixed kebab and an ottoman grill. The chicken and lamb meat was tender, bread was perfectly heated and the dips were fantastic. Just let them know if you prefer to have your chips not to salty (but I liked it with plenty of chicken salt). We will be making this a regular take-away for our family!
Pwohhhhhh best Adana in Melbourne without a doubt. Took me right back to Turkey, these guys mean business! Came on Thursday night and you could tell the chef knew what he was doing. Truly a great experience you won’t be disappointed.
Amazing Turkish food! The adana was delicious, salad was fresh and chips were the best Ive had! Cant wait to go back! Perfect place to bring a group!

Executed to perfection, this shop lives by the saying “don’t judge a book by its cover” from the outside looks like a standard kebab shop but as the food is served I can say that it has been the best meal I’ve had in a while, hats off to these guys, well done !! Keep it up buddies
Very nice Adana and lamb meals, plenty of flavor and good portion sizes. Super tasty middle eastern food.
