I was impressed at the speed of service. Thankyou as I was off to a Board Offsite and you enabled me to get my coffee in!

Came here to order a takeaway milkshake, I was greeted by a rude woman who looked like this was the last place she wanted to be. Did not smile once, was very frank and made me uncomfortable. Saw other customers getting ignored too. Not to mention, the milkshake was warm and watery. Never coming back

I placed an order through Deliveroo at 12.50pm and at 1.15pm I got a "your order was rejected" message. Very frustrating. Why list as open to 1.30pm if you won't accept orders 40mins prior?! It was 2x egg and bacon rolls and 2x coffees, so hardly a large order. I'll order elsewhere next time.

Located in very convenient place in Melbourne CBD. Serves good coffee with cute yellow paper cup.

The new staff member with red hair best find a way to improve her customer rapport or I’ll get my coffee elsewhere. The rest of the staff are great.

Had breakfast it wasn't what I thought and didn't enjoy it presentation was great but some of the food was a bit hard to eat the toast I couldn't even cut and was to hard to eat

Deep fried nutella is soooo soooo goood.. great selection of burgers, sandwiches and croissants! Friendly quick service and huge range of desserts to choose from.. I have been Piccolo'd
