Went there yesterday and had lunch with my family. HJ is not well known for his level of cleanliness and tidiness but this particular shop really made me decide to leave a review. No rush hour and no customers in the shop at lunch time yesterday. In the 30 minutes I was eating they have received 5 cars and zero customers for dining in. 5 staff (that I could see) chatting and going in and out leaving the desk unattended and none of the staff clean any tables, chairs or floor that were in a clearly messy status. Only 1 staff member after 20 minutes decided to remove the bag left on one of the tables but God forbid to clean or sanitise. I have taken photos of greasy windows and chairs caused by oily hands, food on the floor left for at least 30 minutes, etc. On a general level it is nice to have clean and presentable restaurants but especially under Covid I think it is a must (not to mention haccp regulations). If this is the situation in the public and presentable area I cannot imagine what the situation would be in the staff reserved areas. Seriously.. where is management?! One of the staff members left the counter wearing disposable blue gloves...went to the bathroom and came out still wearing gloves?! Anyway I let the pics that I have taken speak for themselves. I ll attempt to go there in a couple of months to see if the situation will change otherwise for the health and well-being of the community I will escalate the matter to the relevant authorities.

Absolute garbage, the burger was cold, the filling was stale, the most unappetising offering I have ever been offered the eating area was dirty with grime on the floor, I asked for a refund, it was given after I said how disappointed I was. It's on the aproch to Melbourne next to the pub, which I went to and had a brilliant lamb shanks that was one of the best meals I have had in the last two years 😋

After waiting 5 minutes for someone to actually acknowledge us at the counter we were told that it would take 15 minutes to cook a grilled chicken burger because it was 9am. Someone should let Hungry Jacks that their Kalkallo store doesn’t support all day menus as per the website.
The store was filthy and the service is terrible.
All good, McDonalds is just down the road.

Absolutely disgusted by the staff at this Hungry Jacks. The staff obviously can't read or simply choose to ignore instructions. I ordered a burger and requested no tomato sauce as well as a few other things. The hopeless staff ignored my request and smothered my burger in tomato sauce. I was unable to eat it because of this. People makes requests for a reason. I feel for those who have allergies and end up having allergic reactions because of idiots who fail to follow simple instructions. What an absolute waste of money. Am disgusted and have had my day ruined.

Went to this store few times
My first experience, order was missing 1 medium fries since then I always check my order before leaving the store. Next time I asked no lettuce in burgers but with no luck, the staff again added the lettuce in. This time I ordered 2 Rebel Whopper burger meals, the patties were almost burnt and really hard to chew. I saw some reviews, most of the people are making negative comments. I can understand everyone’s concern that after spending $$ we don’t get proper food or service. If anyone knows how to make an official complaint kindly let everyone know publicly so it can be done. I don’t blame the staff since they are always nice and well behaved, I believe it’s the training they have been given. If more training and food handling and cooking timings can be added, the store will get positive response.

I wish I saw these reviews before going there. Would have saved me from throwing up the next day with food poisoning. Not only that, the line in the drive through was almost out to the road (had to wait almost half an hour) and when I got to the window where you take your food I find you have 4 people watching 1 person making food.

Not even worth a 1 star rating, always parked in waiting bay, takes minimum 15 minutes to get 1 bbq cheeseburger. This hungry jacks is useless. Will never come here again.
